Great shop...does only what's necessary...doesn't make a fuss about appointments and handles things smoothly...work is always top-notch...mood not always ;)

I made an appointment by phone, pushed my broken bike for 35 minutes through the drizzle, only to be told the bike was too old and couldn't be repaired. On the phone, I described the bike's age, its condition, and the necessary repairs, in my opinion. To then send me back for another 35 minutes in the drizzle, feeling like a complete idiot, is beyond outrageous. The reason given was that it was too much work. While that's a valid point of view, they could have informed customers beforehand. Personally, I can't agree with the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Perhaps it's the right place for simple, low-maintenance repairs, but for more extensive work, I wouldn't recommend it.

Very disappointed. The owner refused to repair my bicycle. In his opinion, replacing the front and rear derailleurs was too complicated. Perhaps he just enjoys fixing flat tires? Such contemptuous behavior is to be expected in Wiesbaden if you don't own a bicycle worth several thousand euros.

I like bringing my bike there. The repair was great. The prices for small parts and accessories are good, especially when compared to the well-known big-box stores. They don't even charge for minor repairs. 🚲🚲🚲

Fahrrad Förster did a fantastic job getting my somewhat older but much-loved blue Gazelle bike running again, including the roller dynamo! Here, someone is genuinely interested in preserving quality rather than trying to sell you something new and cheap. Besides the excellent service, the price is also very reasonable: all in all, a highly recommended shop for all Wiesbaden cyclists!

A small bike shop right here in the Westend district – how wonderful! They don't turn you away just because you didn't buy your bike there. I have an old bike, just for riding around the market or short distances in town, and they were very helpful. Excellent service and prices.

My derailleur hanger was damaged, and another repair shop said it couldn't be repaired. I wanted a second opinion, and here my bike was repaired at a fair price. Highly recommended, thank you very much!
