I was in the store yesterday morning and received excellent service from the manager (who is from southern Europe). He catered to all my requests and gave me top-notch advice, even going out of his way to pick up shoes five or six times. He also maintains a wonderful atmosphere in the store, both with customers and employees. A truly fantastic manager!

The service was abysmal; no one felt responsible. When I finally got through to someone to ask how I could exchange my shoes (they were delivered in the wrong size), he interrupted me before I could even finish and sent me to the checkout, saying they knew about it. The others weren't any better, except for one person who actually helped me, even though it was pointless because they didn't have the shoe in stock anymore. Anyway, in the end, I just ordered them online and sent the too-small ones back.

Very rude staff!! I wasn’t surprised when I saw there were only 2.6 stars, and all the reviews were about bad customer service.

RUDE STAFF: Went to buy a track suit and the two ladies at the cash desk were extremely rude. They started being rude when we went try the clothes on and saw that we weren't "white". When I came to cash to buy the clothes the ladies were like "are you going to buy those?" When I said yes, the covered lady wanted me to go back to cabin and get the hangers, when her colleague was standing right next to the cabin. When I said I don't want the hangers, she still wanted me to go back and get it only to throw in the trash. I spent 130 euro nevertheless because I liked the goods but these two girls needs to taught how to behave to customers.

they don't want you to go into the dressing room to try on clothes. The workers are arrogant when you ask them about the changing room. avoid this shop. how can I buy if I don't try it first?
