A truly professional workshop! Mr. Lecerf provides expert and extremely friendly advice. Right from the start, upon arrival, he meticulously explains all the details of the repair. When I picked up my bike, he explained the invoice and showed me the replaced parts – everything was very professional! This workshop comes highly recommended!

If you want to do your own repairs, come here. If not, that's fine too. I was at the do-it-yourself workshop today to fix a derailleur hanger and install new shift cables and housing. Everything I needed was there, and the workshop was in perfect condition. Baptiste showed me around. He's a very competent, friendly, and helpful man. He also gave me some very useful tips. The price is fair as well. Everything is just right here; this workshop is a great asset to Wiesbaden. I would also take my bike to this workshop for repairs without hesitation.

I'm absolutely thrilled! My cargo bike suddenly stopped working, and the workshop repaired it quickly and professionally. Baptiste is friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. You can immediately tell he knows cargo bikes inside and out. The consultation was transparent, the prices fair, and my bike rides like new again. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!

TL;DR: Simply fantastic, I'd gladly come back anytime! I brought my bike here on the recommendation of another workshop. Baptiste thoroughly examined the bike, listened to my concerns, and advised me on the spot about the best solution for my problems. He acted quickly, ordered the necessary parts, and got the bike back on the road quickly but carefully. Thank you so much!

I dropped my bike off at Baptiste's for repairs this morning. I was able to pick it up again just two hours later. I'm very happy with the result. Baptiste knows his stuff – I received thorough advice and was fully informed about the costs beforehand. I'll definitely take my bike there again for its next service. Highly recommended.

What a great idea with the KiezWerkstatt. A DIY workspace to repair your bike and if you need professional assistance Baptiste is there with skilled hands. He is very open and clear about the cost of repairs and promptly informs you when anything changes.
