Super friendly team! I was able to spontaneously have a gait analysis done by Julia and her colleague and found the perfect running shoe for me. She took plenty of time and also gave me great tips for injury prevention exercises – highly recommended! :)

Friendly and helpful ! Not really a good assortment in the store. Don’t expect to come and be able to try a lot of different models (specially small men numbers)

Very satisfied and highly recommended. No appointment required, competent and friendly advice. Steve took the time to talk with us and analyze our running, then brought out several models and sizes for us to try on. Each model was explained in detail, including its individual features. LaufZeit Wiesbaden is a fantastic running shoe store! First, we had a consultation to discuss the type of running I needed the shoes for. Then, they conducted a thorough video analysis of my running style. After that, I was shown a wide selection of running shoes from various manufacturers to try on. I received excellent advice from a very patient and friendly sales assistant. Thank you so much, the shoes are fantastic! I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended! The gait analysis was not only helpful for choosing shoes, but also very interesting as an analysis of my running technique. I was able to try on many different shoes in all sizes. The staff took their time and were very patient. I felt very well advised and will definitely come back. I love supporting smaller specialty stores. For personal service, I am willing to pay a higher price- to a point. I purchased a pair of shoes at Laufzeit that were on sale. I was not made aware of return policy. When I discovered the shoes are 40 Euro cheaper online, I tried to return them. They would not take them back nor would they price match. I will not shop here again. I will find another running store for my needs. Had they even offered to exchange them for other gear, or if they would have offered a gutschein for future purchase, I would have been satisfied. Never again. Edit: By the time the customer gets a receipt, the transaction is over. Not the best time to learn of a no-return policy for reduced items.

Hi Michelle,<br><br>We're very sorry you weren't satisfied with our prices. Unlike online retailers, we have a physical store to finance and dedicate a lot of time to customer consultations. Our staff receives regular training and development. All of these costs must be covered by the sale of running shoes. Therefore, we charge a consultation fee of €30, which is included in our running shoe prices. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for this shoe was €180, and we offered it for €149. We are very transparent; it is clearly stated at our checkout and on the receipt that returns on discounted items are not accepted. Excellent service and advice; having a track coach help with picking out shoes realty does it! English speaking, and accepts card (amex).
