I had a problem with my gears, and Stefan helped me incredibly easily, quickly, and competently! He was also very friendly. The shop has a small but excellent selection of accessories, and I was even able to solve the problem of finding a suitable new helmet that I'd been looking for for a while. I'll definitely be back for a service and can highly recommend Stefan and his team!

Great service! Had a problem with a new Canyon bike, they fixed it very fast and did many extra things for free with great attention to details. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

it will be hard to find a better customer service inside or outside the bike industry! These guys help you with any kind of problem, give perfect advice and get you back on your bike as fast as possible. would give them 10 out of 5 stars!
