WARNING: This company has previously gone bankrupt. My experience: I made an appointment to have a spoke replaced on my Specialized Levo, a common enduro bike. Scheduling and pickup always went smoothly for me. After waiting a whole month for my bike "due to parts availability," it finally arrived. So much for "we'll repair your bike in 48 hours." I cannot recommend the professional cleaning. The bike looked exactly the same as before. Upon returning the bike, I noticed a scratch in the matte paint and immediately complained to the driver. I was told to schedule a new appointment. As agreed, I scheduled a new appointment for the scratch repair—essentially a complete respray for the matte paint. After another whole month without my bike, it was supposed to be delivered. Previous delivery promises were not kept. The driver arrived and brought me the wrong bike. I finally got my bike back in the afternoon. The paintwork was only touched up, not repainted, and my cup holder was also missing. I complained about the missing cup holder to the driver and to my contacts, including the managing director, via email. After six days, there was no response. Such a mess of so many errors and such poor communication/ignorance is simply unbelievable. Is this how you expect to make money? It's already clear that this approach doesn't work. Apparently, bankruptcy isn't enough.

The prices are really, really high, and there's no response to my complaint that my bike has paint damage that wasn't there before. Thanks to the moderation system for removing my review.

I took my bike to VROOM Repair for service on May 21st and had it returned quickly (on May 24th). The specified times were always met and adjusted accordingly for traffic-related delays. Initially, I was satisfied with the service, which included an inspection, cleaning, replacement of my pedals, and additional service on my brakes (new pads and cleaning of the brake disc). When I used my bike again a few days after receiving it back, I discovered the following defects: It hadn't been properly cleaned in some places (oil residue, etc.), the brakes were dragging and squeaking, and there was still a clicking noise from my pedals that should have been repaired. I paid almost €300 for everything and actually expected to receive good, decent service. So far, my complaint request hasn't been processed; they've had it for 8 days now. If this is improved, it will improve my rating. At the moment, I am so dissatisfied that I will neither use VROOM Repair again nor recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. Very expensive. They came back with flat tires.
