After we ordered two bikes for almost €10,000 in February, the first one arrived after two months. Unfortunately, the men's bike couldn't be delivered until the beginning of June (the dealer couldn't be blamed for that). I then bought my bike in Leipzig. After our vacation, I took my bike in for inspection and was able to pick it up five days later. I was informed that there was a noise coming from the rear wheel hub. I would have to have this repaired in Leipzig, even though the company carries the Advanced brand. We've now gone to Bremen, and it was no problem to fix the problem under warranty. Sorry, I can't recommend it. Not customer-oriented. They also tried to delete my review, so I sent the invoices to Google.

Three years ago, before the shop expanded, we bought two Conway bikes (one yellow and one matte black). Both subsequent inspections were excellent. The work was top-notch, and the bikes were spotless. However, the last inspection was a different story. The bikes weren't cleaned, with the excuse of "no staff"... okay... not ideal, but with the expansion and relocation, it seems that along with the staff, the service has suffered. What borders on fraud, in my opinion, is this: The defective valve core on one bike was supposed to be replaced. What they actually did? They swapped them from front to back. I only noticed this today when I was pumping up the tires. I have no idea what else they didn't do. And no, I'm not going to contact the shop; I'll just find a new one. There are plenty in the area. Update from September 1, 2023: Today, the company 2Rad-Dreher tried to influence my review via Google. They claimed I wasn't a customer. But I am. We took over the bikes on May 9, 2020 (Jobrad) and the last inspection was on May 20, 2023.

Whether it's something small like a new helmet or advice on a new bicycle, I always feel comfortable and well-advised here. The inspections are also always handled smoothly and without any problems. Top-notch!

Big advertising, small shop. Although there were two of us and the shop was empty, the salesperson didn't come to ask what we were looking for or if he could help us. After browsing alone for five minutes, we left without any conversation or advice. The bottom line is, if you want to spend a lot of money on two e-bikes, go somewhere else.

I bought a new bike here after 20 years. I received very friendly and competent advice. I was able to test ride the bike there, and before I could take it home, it went back to the workshop for a checkup. Now that's what I call true service. Thank you and keep up the good work!👍

I treated my over 20-year-old bike to a service. Despite a full order book, they managed to squeeze it in. I'm extremely surprised at how light and quiet the bike is now! For a fair price and friendly service, I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I had my e-bike serviced there. When I picked it up, it was squeaking. I wanted to see if it would stop on its own, but it didn't. When I took it back to the shop, I had to pay again to fix the damage that had occurred during the service. When I complained, they made it clear that I, as an individual customer, wasn't important to them. They offered no compensation whatsoever, not even a discount or a voucher. That's not what I call service!

I recently went there spontaneously because I was having a hard time adjusting the gears on my road bike. I received a very friendly welcome, expressed my frustration, and after two days, everything was ready and perfectly adjusted...even ahead of schedule. The colleagues are extremely competent and friendly, and the prices are more than fair!

The bad reviews are incomprehensible. My e-bike was picked up and delivered free of charge. The team at 2 Rad Dreher is competent and friendly. What more could you want? So: Everything was GREAT!
