I wanted to give away my old pedelec at short notice, but not before having it serviced by L&M. However, I would have had to make an appointment for the service, with a wait time of about three months. Somehow logical, given the many satisfied customers. Then I pointed out the acute problems with the hydraulic brakes, and Mr. Lehmann also remarked on the condition of the chain. In short, he kept the bike to somehow squeeze it in to fix the acute problems. The very next morning, I received a call saying the bike was repaired and ready for pickup. This is certainly not the norm, but there is no exception! What service! THANK YOU!

I was truly delighted with my visit to L & M Bike Shop. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked in and immediately felt at ease. They took plenty of time for me, without any stress or rush. My questions were answered patiently and clearly. You can tell right away that the people working here are passionate and knowledgeable. What I especially appreciated was that they didn't try to push anything on me – the advice was honest, attentive, and very personal. My bike was delivered quickly and carefully, and made ready to ride within just a few days. I left with a really good feeling, and I highly recommend them. A big thank you to the fantastic team at L & M Bike Shop! 😊🚴‍♀️ For me, it was absolutely the right decision.

Excellent service and very good advice (they take their time and address individual needs). I felt very comfortable there and now have a top-notch bicycle thanks to their advice. If you want to buy a bicycle that suits you perfectly, you should definitely go there.

For years, this has been our first choice for buying bicycles. We've purchased several conventional bikes there and now also a number of e-bikes. The advice is always excellent and highly competent. Modifications and repairs have always been carried out properly. Prices are always fair and competitive. Service is consistently above average. Update 2025: Continued perfect service. Our employees now also buy their bikes here through JobRad – never a problem, always professional advice and service – never rushed, never pressured to buy unnecessary items. This is a rare find. We personally have since moved to Hesse, where it's much harder to find this kind of advice and service.

Excellent service. The advice was simply perfect and expert. I've rarely received such good advice. That's why I bought my e-bike there and not somewhere else. This shop is absolutely recommendable.

Excellent advice and great bikes. My wife and I bought our Bergamont bikes here, and our daughter has also found the perfect bike here twice already! We're picking up the Raleigh Rushhour LTD trekking bike on Monday! In fact, Frank Lehmann's customers practically bought out all the stock during the Covid-19 summer of 2020... I would have loved to get another Riese & Müller, but unfortunately, the delivery time was 6-7 weeks and the price was quite steep. So I'll wait until 2021... you can tell that passion drives this shop, and it's not just about the material things. Best bike shop in the county.
