Mr. Proske has a very friendly and polite team, and he was very open and honest about the diagnosis of my vehicle. I felt very well looked after and would take my car to Autoservice Proske again anytime.

Extremely unfriendly customer service. The repair order was repeatedly postponed with hypocritical excuses. Then it was finally agreed upon, but after two weeks, they hadn't even started. Again, a hypocritical, unfriendly excuse: "Too much snow"?? "Then just take your bike back."

I was (and still am) always very satisfied there; the customer service was very friendly and open. I was always able to pick up my car at the specified time and had no unpleasant surprises with the price because everything was communicated clearly. Great service...great team...

Perfect MTB Bicycle Repair I had my older MTB repaired at Proske in July 2021. First, we inspected the bike together to determine the repairs that needed to be done. The whole process was carried out promptly, conscientiously, and very friendly, with appropriate explanations. After determining the expected costs, the necessary spare parts were ordered and installed. The installation and repair (sprockets, derailleurs, etc.) was carried out very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend the workshop and the team. Great work, great service, very friendly, and, above all, reasonable prices. Thank you very much!!!!

Unfortunately, appointments are not kept. The repair time is quoted as approximately one hour, but after five hours the vehicle hadn't moved an inch. Parts haven't arrived yet, despite a one-week notice period. However, the price is reasonable, so it's recommended if you're willing to wait a bit longer.
