Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Bad Nenndorf branch. I went there to lease a bike. Everything seemed to be going great – friendly service, everyone was on a first-name basis, etc. I opted for an e-bike that, according to the price tag, was reduced from €4,699 to €3,699. It's even still advertised at that price on their website! Yes, I made the mistake of not reading the contract carefully and simply accepted it on my phone because I was pleased that everything seemed to be going so quickly and easily. Stupid, no doubt about it. When I printed it out two days later, I noticed the wrong amount was listed: €4,990! They'd even added something to the original price! My bad luck – the contract was already activated. Sure, I have to pay the price for that lesson; it's my own fault. No problem, I deserve it. But what really leaves me speechless is the fact that the man on the phone insisted he hadn't made a mistake. We hadn't even discussed a price anymore... that's what he said. Wow! Seriously?! Come on!!! When I go into a store, as a customer, I expect to receive the marked price. That's what price tags are for, after all. Anything else could be considered unfair competition. I'm wondering, was all that friendly banter just a show, a diversionary tactic? I'm actually questioning all of this now. Or was the gentleman more resentful than I thought when I declined the extra lock he wanted to add to the bill, "which I wouldn't even notice financially, but was so important for insurance purposes"? I'm simply disappointed on a personal level. Mistakes happen; the question is how you deal with them. But according to him, it wasn't a mistake to add almost €1,300. What was it then, intentional? Mr. *beep*, only you know! If I have unintentionally secured you a hefty commission or helped the team at the Bad Nenndorf branch have a nicer Christmas party, I hope you'll join me in a drink! If anyone has had similar experiences, I would appreciate hearing from them, as we might then have to consider taking legal action if this is standard business practice.

Even though we didn't buy our bikes there, the service was outstanding. Very competent staff. Repairs completed immediately. Super friendly. Excellent, I can recommend them 100%.

I had great advice in June when I bought my new bike. After the first three months, I recently got a flat tire. I made an appointment, combined it with the initial service after 1,000 km, and everything was running perfectly. I can only recommend it. Top-notch advice, top-notch service, and top-notch friendliness.

We are extremely satisfied! The salesperson spent almost two hours advising us in detail. We were able to test ride several bikes at our leisure and could even have stayed overnight to think it over – the selected models would have been reserved for us. In the end, we found our perfect bike, and it was delivered free of charge the same day. Such friendliness, patience, and service are rare these days. We'd gladly give them more than five stars. Highly recommended!

We picked up our new bikes today and were able to ride them home right away – ePedalics had charged them accordingly for us. The consultations (we went there several times) were very good, and today during the briefing, our salesperson (Bayron) took plenty of time to explain the bikes and accessories in detail and answer all our questions. Very competent and pleasant advice. The salesperson took plenty of time to show us various e-bikes and allowed us to test ride them several times. A particularly positive aspect: there was no pressure to decide immediately; the bikes were even held on hold for us. The free same-day delivery was the icing on the cake. A shop that we'd happily recommend.

Mr. Bayran provided excellent service. He showed me several bikes and explained their features. I felt very well taken care of and received superb advice. As a result, I bought an e-bike and am very happy with it. I can highly recommend him. Incidentally, the other salespeople were also incredibly courteous and very friendly. Best regards.
