The best ballet school in the whole area! My daughter has been going for four years now and is absolutely thrilled, just like us as parents. It couldn't be more professional. Ms. Steuer knows exactly what she's doing, and her empathy with the children is simply amazing. Thank you for being there! ♥️

I've known the ballet school for 31 years – my three children loved going there, at times even going three times a week. They remember it fondly, and my eldest has continued with ballet. Ms. Pietruska and Ms. Steuer have a permanent place in our family – I'm already looking forward to seeing my granddaughters dance there.

I've been attending ballet school for 30 years now, with a brief break for my studies. For many years, I even did classical ballet and jazz dance several days a week. I still enjoy coming to my group and taking my one-hour break there. At the end of the class, I'm exhausted but happy.

Here, the classic carrot-and-stick approach prevails. For attending the course, the children are given a candy after each lesson to ensure they come back. Why children who want to dance ballet are taught an unhealthy diet as a reward system remains a mystery. Every misbehavior is met with reprimands and scolding until the children leave the school in tears. One after another, girls from the course refused to attend. Every other person told that their daughter danced there was appalled by the teacher's reputation. No wonder many prefer to go to Wennigsen or even Steinhude. Fortunately, an alternative has now opened in Barsinghausen, run by a very kind and pedagogically sound teacher who still offers genuine ballet instruction.
