So, if you just want to buy a helmet for your two small children here, you'll be met with absolute arrogance. We weren't greeted, nor were we offered any help choosing the right size. Even when we wanted to pay, three employees didn't bother to acknowledge us in any way. In the end, we didn't buy anything there and found what we needed elsewhere.

Five stars aren't enough! About eight months ago, I received an e-bike through a lease from my employer via Bike2Care. From the initial consultation to the after-sales service, everything went perfectly. Service and repairs are carried out quickly, courteously, and without any hassle. Even today, I received my bike back sparkling clean after its service. I wasn't expecting that, but it makes me very happy. A very competent team with excellent expertise and a good selection of models. You might find the bikes cheaper online or at larger chains, but the top-notch service far outweighs the price! I'm already planning my next bikes! :P

I bought an e-bike two weeks ago. Friday morning, I went outside and found the bike lying on its side. The kickstand was height-adjustable, and the back was made of plastic. The entire plastic part had broken through. Without a kickstand, I have nowhere to park the bike at work. So I called bike2care, they apologized, and told me to come in; they said it would be fixed immediately. I brought my bike in. When I arrived, they immediately said, "No, it's not possible today. You'll have to leave the bike here." But I need the bike, as it's my only way to get to work. "We'll call you tomorrow as soon as you can pick up your bike." I didn't receive a call, and today I called them and discovered they were closed. So now I have to walk the entire distance for the fifth morning in a row, even though I have a perfectly functioning e-bike that cost €4200 and only needs the kickstand replaced—something any layperson could do in five minutes. And this despite the fact that I had clearly stated that the bicycle was my only way to get to work. That's what I call more than inadequate customer service.

6 stars, actually! As a customer, you're greeted and served in a friendly and appreciative manner. That's the most important thing, something that, in my experience, other dealers or workshops lack. I "only" had an inspection/maintenance on my e-bike, but I was able to drop the bike off right away, and it was even ready the next day (thanks @J.Bauer). At other workshops, you have to book an appointment in 4-6 weeks. So, bike2care, keep it up, and I'll be happy to come back again and again! That's service!!! Perfect.

We received friendly and thorough advice on a Saturday in March and were able to test the bikes to determine the individual specifications. The bikes were ready after the agreed time, and the handover took place in a pleasant atmosphere. All important features and operation were explained, and all our questions, both important and unimportant, were answered very satisfactorily. And the bikes... We are very happy with our purchase. They handle well, are fast, and easy to use. The comfort on the wide saddle is fantastic! We can fit both bikes in our car trunk, and we are looking forward to longer vacation trips.

I went to the shop to get advice on new tires for our bicycles. We originally bought our bikes from the owner, and we had also spoken with him about the tires. We visited several times afterward to finalize the details. Each time, we were put off, turned away, or no one had time to advise us. We weren't even offered an appointment. It's a real shame, as I've always had a very high opinion of the shop. Update: We've since reached an agreement, the new tires were fitted promptly, and I'm very happy. We found a great solution. A truly beautiful shop with a large showroom. The welcome and advice were simply outstanding. We test-rode several bikes. All our needs were taken into account. Even special requests were handled without any problems – simply superb. Truly an exception among bike shops in the area. Many thanks to Mr. Eberhardt and also to his colleagues throughout the entire company for the excellent service and friendly customer interaction. We felt very comfortable. We are very happy with our bikes and enjoy every ride.

I also checked out this shop and, after receiving excellent advice and demonstrating outstanding expertise, I bought an e-bike there. Mr. Liphold and Mr. Wachold are both incredibly helpful and friendly salespeople who cater to customer needs, are courteous and helpful with any questions, and always make you feel welcome, no matter what problems or questions you may have. They remain polite and friendly and show genuine interest. You feel well taken care of here. A big thumbs up for that! Now, about the workshop: the staff are incredibly skilled and passionate about their work. As a customer, I had many questions, which they were happy to answer. And no matter what problems you might have, you're always welcome there. Finally, Bike to Care offers excellent all-around protection, fantastic service, bike rentals, and superb advice.
