I was looking for a bicycle to lease through Job-Bike Leasing. The employee provided me with extremely friendly and professional advice, without making me feel rushed. All the staff, from the manager to the employees, are consistently very nice and friendly. Everything was top-notch, from the initial consultation to the handover of the bicycle. The first service was due, and scheduling and returning the bike was straightforward. I was informed in advance about any potential additional costs, but thankfully, there were none! I am more than satisfied with the entire process and will only have my bicycles checked here from now on. Perfect, thank you for the quick service and excellent support! 👍🏻

A local bike shop with top-notch advice and service. Very personal advice and support. No comparison to the large "chain" retailers. The pick-up and delivery service is also wonderful.

We received excellent advice over the course of two hours regarding the purchase of an e-bike. Therefore, it's only natural that we also bought the bike from Dannenberg Bikes. The staff took a lot of time, adjusted the bike several times, searched for solutions online (for example, regarding the saddle), and even spent a lot of time on small details like finding the right pedals (for shoe size 48). They didn't seem stressed at all, but simply friendly. Many thanks, and it's wonderful that there are still bike shops that not only sell but also incorporate their service experience into the sales conversation.

Excellent advice. Great service. Reasonable prices. Super friendly and competent. Even though we have two bike shops in our town, we drive 30km to Barsinghausen. I highly recommend this shop. Keep up the good work!

Everything about bikes? Then Dannenberg! I've rarely had such great advice. From the test ride to special requests that are still being ordered and installed. Manuel knows what he's doing! 5*+ service, 5"+ customer friendliness, I must emphasize. We are very happy with our two new e-bikes.

Excellent advice and maintenance; I had two bicycles serviced by them. Pick-up and return went perfectly. They even took the time to look at my questions and problems with my third bike and were able to immediately identify and fix the issue. They are very customer-oriented and only do what needs to be done. Excellent value for money; I highly recommend them.

We chose Dannenberg Bikes to repair my son's bike because of the great reviews. And well, all the positive reviews are absolutely justified. Even though they were very busy, they repaired the bike in no time. I'm absolutely thrilled and would go back anytime.

Always very friendly and helpful. Many years ago, I bought a new bicycle for my daughter and myself, and they didn't try to push anything on me. These days, I only ride vintage bicycles, and sometimes I only need small spare parts; even then, you can occasionally find some.
