I had a breakdown with my hub gear on Saturday evening. ADAC (German Automobile Club) couldn't help on Sunday morning. On Monday morning, a competent bike mechanic immediately identified the problem and got it back on the road within 30 minutes, and the price was very reasonable.

They really cater to the customer's needs. We were there on April 30th to have a look around and immediately found a beautiful e-bike. Since we're from near Bremerhaven, they pulled out all the stops so we could take the bike home with us that same day. We went on our first ride the very next day, and I'm absolutely delighted with my new bike.

Many thanks again to the competent and helpful employee at Fahrrad Gruß. 🙏🏼☺️ He helped me out at short notice by tightening my handlebars, so I got to work without any problems and, most importantly, safely. ☺️

Excellent service and quick problem resolution :-) I had a total puncture in my bicycle tire shortly before Brake on the Weser Cycle Path. I was very satisfied with the subsequent pickup and quick repair. The staff were very friendly and enabled us to continue our tour after a short time. Thank you again for that.

I can highly recommend them! I received excellent advice. I came into the shop and briefly explained what I was looking for. The salesperson then immediately showed me several bicycles that all perfectly matched my requirements. I was able to take a short test ride and chose one. It was then thoroughly checked, and I was able to pick it up the following week. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, I can't share the positive reviews at all. Early Wednesday afternoon, I encountered a salesperson who was so unmotivated and unfriendly that I quickly abandoned my 100 percent intention to buy. If you don't have the time or inclination to get advice, it's better to just leave it alone. A friendly reminder that I might not have the time would have been fine, but not a clear display of disinterest. We then drove to Rastede and luckily met a salesperson who seemed to enjoy his job. I would have loved to buy there, but that didn't happen.
