Excellent service. This is my fourth time ordering from handballbär. The goods have always been flawless, the prices very good, and what I've noticed with every order is how incredibly fast the delivery is. I placed this order on Friday and checked the DHL app on Monday at 9:30 a.m. The order had already been electronically announced that morning.

I will definitely not order from here again! The return process is very complicated. You have to call and report each item individually. Only then can you make a return. Then I received two smaller packages, even though the items could have fit in one. I was told they were coming from different locations. But the return, which cost me almost €8.00, was sent to the same address. I don't think the whole process is customer-friendly.
