Attention: Return shipping costs must always be borne by the customer – regardless of the reason or the item. Customer service is only superficially friendly and rarely addresses individual concerns. I've been ordering from this online shop since its inception – for over 15 years. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly during this time. I used to be very satisfied with the selection and customer service, but now it's clear that the company takes precedence – not the customer. It's a real shame; I'll be ordering elsewhere in the future.

Don't order from them; you'll only have problems. The owner tries to shift the blame onto the customer if there's anything wrong with the product. The seller is unaware of their legal obligations and is very unpleasant to communicate with via email. Neither my organization nor I will ever order from them again.

I ordered on Tuesday, received a shipping confirmation shortly afterwards (<2 hours) and everything arrived the next day - faster than Amazon Prime and quick response to my questions, TOP! 10/10 will order again!
