We highly recommend this company. They offer competent and thorough advice during the initial selection process when it comes to finding the perfect bike. They take their time and listen carefully. The attached workshop is equally excellent, providing quick and expert assistance. The guys are on the ball and immediately identify any issues or problems the bike isn't performing as it should. Mr. Schuldt was always available to help us when we were in a hurry. Anyone looking for a special or unique bike will find exactly what they need here. The inspection was carried out quickly, smoothly, reliably, and professionally. The repair and maintenance of the equipment were performed according to the agreement and to my complete satisfaction! The workshop is highly recommended in every respect!!!

"What's wrong with Hasi?" Since September 2025, I've been the happy owner of a Kettwiesel One from Hase. When error messages started appearing on the display very soon after, at the beginning of 2026, I was understandably worried, as this bike had been a game-changer for my rehabilitation, especially after my surgeries. My dealer is far away and was closed for the winter break at the time. When I contacted them, Dreirad immediately agreed to take over the case. Many thanks for that! I realize that this isn't something to take for granted. Hase is running again, and I hope that I won't need a wheelchair much longer!

I took my Scorpion fx 20 there for a gearbox check and to have a parking brake retrofitted. All work was carried out perfectly. The workshop is absolutely competent; I can highly recommend it.

I'd like to give it 5 stars, but I have to deduct one! I missed the regular updates while waiting for my Kettwiesel One Up Customs order. I waited 13 weeks for the bike to be delivered. I only received replies after several email inquiries in between. I also had to wait a long time for repairs or the replacement of components on my tricycle at the workshop, which makes the service seem unreliable to me. Here, too, I had to ask several times about the status. I hope these points will be addressed to improve customer satisfaction. It's frustrating to have to be so patient, as I was really looking forward to it. For me, this is the only way to stay fit, despite my incomplete paraplegia. Due to limited mobility, my muscles deteriorate quickly, so I appreciate finding the right support at this bike shop. Otherwise, everything is great—the good advice, the wide selection in the beautiful, large, and well-organized store, and above all, the opportunity to take test drives in the large parking lot!

A very interesting store!! Large selection of unusual electric bicycles, classics and trikes, scooters with a seat, cargo bikes, and exclusive models ;) Even if you don't plan on buying one, just stop in and while away the time browsing the exclusive bikes ;)
