I was there today and received a super friendly welcome, great prices, and even though I didn't buy anything, I still got 30 minutes of advice. The staff weren't pressured at all, everything was clean and tidy, and the bikes were neatly organized by category (MTB, e-bike, etc.). And even though it was just before closing time, the test ride went perfectly. Simply top-notch, definitely worth it! In short: friendly staff, good prices, fantastic advice. Thank you, Fahrrad Center Buchholz!

Customers were unfriendly and dismissive when handling warranty claims as a QIO authorized dealer. Instead of processing the defective part as a warranty claim, they actually wanted to sell me a new part!!!👎

After a flat tire while passing through, I was helped immediately and the tire was replaced. Super friendly and very helpful, thank you 👍🏼

The advice during the purchase was quite good, and the salesperson was very friendly. Some accessories are quite expensive locally, so it's worth comparing.

We bought two Trenga e-bikes that were custom-made for us. The service was absolutely fantastic. They took their time, tried out and tested many different bikes until each one was perfect for us. Every question was answered, and we felt completely advised and taken seriously.

I don't know how many bikes I've bought at Fahrradcenter Buchholz, I think over a dozen. I've also taken all my family's bikes there for inspection and maintenance, and I've never been treated unfriendly or rudely. Great shop, friendly and competent staff. It's a cyclist's dream come true. THANK YOU 🙏

Bought a Flyer Upstreet here two years ago and a Flyer Gotour a year ago. Excellent, competent, and patient advice. A pleasant atmosphere when you enter the shop. I've also had nothing but positive experiences with the workshop. Of course, there's a lead time for service appointments, like everywhere else. Two repairs (brake and chainring) were completed immediately. Completely satisfied!

I arrived with a flat tire and was helped immediately. Several employees were there to help me immediately, and they worked quickly to get my tire repaired as quickly as possible. Very good service.

During my cycling tour in the summer of 2018 from List/Sylt to Obersdorf, I received excellent roadside assistance from Steven and his team. Besides a coffee, they offered many encouraging words and helpful tips for choosing a future touring bike. If I ever buy a new bike, I'm seriously considering traveling here from the Ruhr area to purchase it.
