I was looking for a conversion kit for my Glock, found the best price at WF-Sports, ordered from their online shop (which, by the way, is very user-friendly and well-organized), provided proof of firearms license, paid, and the item arrived in no time. All the necessary paperwork is complete. Therefore, five stars and a big thank you for the quick and easy transaction. I'll definitely check them out again if needed.

After my order from another supplier failed to arrive after about a month, I decided last week to place my first order with WF-Sports. I submitted my order, firearms license, and supporting documents at the beginning of the week – and by Saturday, I was holding the firearm in my hands. The process was not only extremely fast but also completely straightforward. Customer service – both via email and telephone – was consistently friendly, helpful, and competent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

I have to give it 2 stars because: 1.) The gun arrived, well packaged. 2.) It happened very quickly. (Actually, this should be taken for granted.) However, the communication, especially the tone, which, as we all know, makes the music, is terrible. Mr. Feise, a qualified engineer, gets irritated very quickly when asked questions, and he completely freaks out when it comes to legitimate complaints. The spring unit on my Glock apparently didn't catch on during quality control (defective spring). He immediately accused me by email of being the cause and was otherwise very tense. (Glock headquarters then shipped it to me immediately after I sent the email.) He also asked me, in all seriousness and quite reproachfully, why I hadn't bought it through his website, even though the gun was advertised on eGun. He did NOT ask why I didn't buy the same gun from a colleague in Arnsberg for €90 less ;-) As a customer, I felt completely uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I can only strongly advise you to steer clear of this store and definitely consider alternatives.

Hello Mr. Klaus Müller,<br><br>You did not email the head office, but Ruag Austria.<br><br>This email was forwarded to RUAG Germany.<br><br>Quote from your email of August 15th to Ruag_AT:<br><br>--The recoil spring protrudes and has therefore damaged the inside of the grip.<br><br>--The areas on the magazines are certainly not intended to be like this and result from a defective mold?<br><br>--The rough grip area behind the trigger is also due to this? To me, a certified quality product looks quite different 😉 In almost 40 years, I have never encountered anything like this, and I have handled quite a few firearms.<br><br>The supplier (wf-sports) is now sending me a different recoil spring so that the weapon can be used.<br><br>Based on this email, measures were taken, and you were sent various Glock items. (Agreed upon between WF-Sports and Ruag Customer Service)<br><br>To reiterate, the damage was caused by cycling the action with the included snap caps. See your email from August 13th.<br><br>And rest assured, I'm also uneasy about such damage, as it's almost unimaginable.<br><br>To date, I haven't received the defective recoil spring from you (despite your promise). The part should be sent to Glock for quality control.
