Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this repair shop. After three visits, the gears on my bicycle were still not properly adjusted. Instead of a solution, I was simply told that my bike was "too old" and that wear and tear was to blame – another shop subsequently fixed the problem without any difficulty. The owner's tone was particularly disappointing. Instead of offering constructive help, I was treated condescendingly, and it even led to an unnecessary argument. Other reviews accuse customers of lying or mistaking the shop for another one. I have now experienced this pattern myself and find it highly unprofessional. It's a shame – honest communication and professional care would have made a huge difference here.

I took my two e-bikes here for servicing. The technician was super friendly and helpful; others wouldn't even take me because I hadn't bought the bikes from them. The next day, I had an appointment for my bikes' second service, and it turned out that during the first service, even the simplest things hadn't been checked, like tightening loose screws. The shop is indeed quite cramped, as others have described, but when you realize the owners are considering charging a storage fee because bikes have been waiting to be picked up for weeks, it's obvious they're short on space! PS: Do customers complain when the bakery smells of freshly baked bread?

At the beginning of the year, I bought an e-bike here. Since I wanted to support local businesses, I chose this small shop. At first glance, it's a typical small bike shop. Quaint, everything is a bit cluttered, and there's a faint smell of chain oil in the air. When there are more than two customers in the shop, it becomes very claustrophobic. I decided on a bike, knowing full well that I would pay significantly more here than in the online shop. The result was a bike with the wrong and a damaged battery, which was then replaced with another wrong battery that also had superficial damage. Later, I noticed that a screw was missing from the kickstand and luggage rack, and the mileage was already at 250 km. That was probably more test rides than anything else. Not to mention the scratches. The €100 discount unfortunately doesn't make up for it. The price-performance ratio is, unfortunately, abysmal. The employee was very friendly and did everything he could to help. Unfortunately, the boss didn't convey this impression, which left a bad taste in my mouth, as if I'd been ripped off. In short, after some hiccups, the bike is still fun to ride. But I'll buy my next bike somewhere else.

Hello, we rented bicycles from you over the weekend, and it was a complete disaster. They were unstable, the saddles wobbled, and out of four bikes, only one was okay, and they were three different models. We've never experienced anything like it. When we rented bikes from you before, it was also from a company, and then they charged a €250 deposit, which is completely unjustified. I cannot recommend you. Ms. Lallensack

If I could, I'd give a million stars! 🥰🥰🥰 So incredibly kind and professional. Hats off to them! And not even that expensive. There are worse dealers and mechanics out there trying to rip you off. I'm a loyal customer from now on. They even let me in with my wheelchair and dog! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this bike shop. I brought my bike in for repair, only to get it back damaged. I noticed the damage as soon as I picked it up, and the employee admitted the mistake at the time. I was assured that the damage would be fixed, which unfortunately wasn't the case. Instead, the problem persisted. When I reported the damage to their insurance company, the shop suddenly became uncooperative and refused to accept responsibility. This unreliability and lack of transparency truly disappointed me. After this experience, I can only advise against using this shop.

They have a flat tire and then they come up with Schosche lies; I won't be blackmailed. We're happy to help everyone; we're friendly because we enjoy our work.

I've been looking for a repair shop for my bicycle (e-tricycle) for a long time... No one wanted to take on the job, and many inquiries were either rejected or not responded to. Friends recommended the small workshop on the Fleet, which immediately agreed to repair my bike. After a considerable delay due to a spare part that was really hard to find, my bike is finally roadworthy again, at a fair, realistic price.

Unfortunately, even one star is too much. About three months ago, I took my Zündapp Z510E e-bike in for new, puncture-proof tires. The mechanic didn't tighten the front wheel nut, and I lost it. I was very lucky, and there was no accident. Unfortunately, after all this time, they haven't managed to get me a replacement. So, I can't ride for three months. TO BE CONTINUED. It's a shame they show no remorse; their work was shoddy, and they didn't tighten the nut properly.
Owner's response
Dear Mr. Hofmann, unfortunately, we were unable to find the exotic cap nut for your bicycle, which you did not purchase from a specialist retailer, as a goodwill gesture. We have been trying for months, as we place great importance on providing the best possible service. To everyone reading this, please bear in mind when purchasing a bicycle that it is not possible for a specialist retailer to source exotic spare parts. You can only return it to the manufacturer so that they can process it for you. Most bicycles bought cheaply at discount stores are manufactured in China.

We have a very good mechanic who always strives to do the best work. It is inconceivable to us that a nut would not have been tightened properly. However, you would have noticed immediately upon leaving the store, as the front wheel would have been wobbly, and we would have tightened it accordingly.

We suspect that you left the bicycle unattended and someone then stole the nut.

... We offered you a standard nut, which would also fit until the appropriate chrome-plated cap nut is found, but you declined it.

Excellent service, and they help you immediately if you have a problem with your bike. Very friendly and helpful staff on site. It's not something you'd normally expect to find, as they don't advertise. Perhaps something to consider ;-)
Owner's response
Thank you very much, unfortunately advertising is too expensive for us, and not profitable for such a small shop. The best advertising is satisfied customers. We look forward to your next visit.
