Best bike shop in Buxtehude. Always very friendly and helpful. They even take the time to help without an appointment. :) After my old Bulls bike was totaled, they helped me incredibly quickly. In the end, I decided on a new bike, and they were excellent at helping me with that too. I highly recommend this shop. Very friendly staff, and a cute dog named Einstein is usually there as well. I picked up my company bike from Buxbike on November 12, 2025, after an inspection, and paid €115 by card on site. It turned out right there that the costs should actually be covered by my bicycle insurance. The billing was then processed through the insurance company. However, they claimed they couldn't immediately refund the amount because "the accounting department" had to handle it. Four weeks have passed since then. My email two weeks ago and my phone call a week ago both yielded the same response: "It will be processed immediately." Nothing has happened to this day. The money still hasn't been refunded. This is very disappointing. This simply shouldn't happen. If the money hasn't been received by December 17, 2025, I will hand the matter over to my lawyer. What a shame. Addendum: The dealer's claim that he didn't receive my documents is untrue. I submitted the service card and service code - via email on October 23, 2025, - in the system on-site when I picked up the bike on November 12, 2025, - and again by phone approximately two weeks later. Deutsche Dienstrad confirmed to me today that - the €70 service fee was already paid to the dealer at the end of November and - only the €45 wear and tear fee was not submitted by the dealer, even though this would have been possible. Addendum: The dealer clearly had the documents — and the missing refund is not my fault. The amount has now been transferred. The matter is therefore financially closed.

The workshop and service are abysmal. The owner was initially helpful, then contact was lost. A problem that originated here and remained unresolved for two years was finally identified and fixed immediately at another workshop. We were left with the bill. Absolutely not recommended! One star because zero isn't an option.

I was in the store today because I had a bicycle emergency. I called ahead and was able to come in immediately, and the problem was resolved. I'm really grateful that they were able to do it so quickly. I'll be a new customer.

I want my bike back! I dropped off my e-bike for repair 2.5 months ago (September 10th) (I also bought it there) and haven't gotten it back. No updates on the status, no one answers the phone, no one opens the door at the workshop or replies to my emails... Help! I hope someone from the store finally responds to this review!!! Update: December 4th - After empty promises, I'm still left with nothing - calls and emails are ignored - bike still not ready (presumably, since I'm not being informed).

Definitely not a Canyon service partner!!! Very disappointing service. Communication was consistently poor – I was never proactively informed about delivery problems; instead, I constantly had to follow up myself. The bike sat in the store for over 11 weeks without me receiving any reasonable information. The store was almost impossible to reach by phone. When someone did answer, the person responsible was supposedly unavailable. Even when the "right" person was available, I was transferred to someone else – without any resolution. My request for an assignment of claim form for the insurance was simply ignored. Instead, I was asked how I wanted to handle the invoice – completely irrelevant. When I was finally able to pick up my bike, the tires were practically flat – simply unacceptable after such a long period of inactivity. Conclusion: Poor organization, terrible communication, and absolutely no reliability. I cannot recommend them.

We're thrilled! We bought two new bikes today and are absolutely delighted. The advice was fantastic! Excellent service! We were even allowed to take a test ride in less than ideal weather. Definitely recommended!
