This was my first time here and I have nothing negative to report. The selection is very large and the prices are, in my opinion, normal! I wouldn't have paid any less online in my case, and both employees were helpful and friendly. From now on, I'll be buying gifts for children here.

Not a shop I can trust. The lovely employee B.B., who writes such incredibly racist things about Syrians, Israelis, and Palestinians on Instagram... I wouldn't financially support anyone who behaves so inhumanely.

There are shops that seem to want you to shop online instead. This one is definitely one of them. The staff is consistently unfriendly, especially towards children. From the moment you walk in, you're watched like a hawk, as if you might steal something. Or at least look like you might. They don't want you lingering anywhere or looking at the toys too closely. Although this is actually a shop with a nice selection, I can't recommend it. Fortunately, there are shops with a similar range of products and much friendlier staff in both Hamburg and Buchholz. After several negative experiences, we'll be skipping this one.

A toy paradise like you only see in the movies! Even as a child, I loved visiting this wonderland. Nowadays, I show my children this paradise for children. Here, the little ones are cared for, and the little ones are catered to. Whether it's grandparents who need advice on gifts for their grandchildren or children who simply want to dream and be enchanted! Everyone gets their money's worth here. A touchable piece of reality, in our digital world! We should definitely preserve this!

LOVE this store! Been buying from here for 5 years. Always friendly and helpful. Great selection of everything. Update: Its now been 7 years I've been a customer here. And I've ALWAYS had a great, friendly experience. Vielen dank, für ALLES!!!

If you want to exchange something, you're treated like a criminal. The cashier was quite nice, but the manager who was called over and the second woman who just joined us were arrogant and unfriendly. The woman inspected the unopened box and talked about a non-existent red dot, as if I'd never bought the item there. In the end, only an exchange was possible, not a refund. When I asked why, the manager replied that otherwise everyone could just buy the product in the store and then later on Amazon. The item was unused and unopened, so what was the point? But thanks for the tip about Amazon. I checked the item on Amazon afterward, and it was 35% cheaper! Now I understand. So, from now on, I'll just buy from Amazon.

Lots of model trains, helpful crew, good prices. A big plus is they speak English, at least a bit. Worth coming this far for this store.
