I've had to take my leased Alltrail 6 bike back to the shop quite a few times now because something was always broken (material). In my opinion, the service is first-class. Whether by email, phone, or in person, they always took the time to find the cause and a solution. Last time, the repair only took one day. I'm extremely satisfied and have already convinced several colleagues to lease as well.

Great service. Friendly staff. The stand I purchased was installed right away, along with my lock on the frame and the handlebars. I paid €25 for the stand. Even though the service center was quite busy, I received excellent advice and all my special requests were met. I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, they lacked expertise and information... We wanted them to replace the cassette on our rear hub motor. They told us they had neither the right tool nor the cassette in stock... So I bought both parts at that very shop! And then I repaired the e-bike myself in the parking lot!

Unfortunately, we were more than dissatisfied. We wanted to buy a bike for our daughter on Saturday. She found one right away. We had to approach an employee ourselves to get "help/advice." He stood "bored" at a counter. We were the only customers. Unfortunately, the bike wasn't the right size. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered. Bike didn't fit—order closed? Perhaps we weren't profitable enough because it was "just" a city bike and not an (expensive) e-bike. Too bad—thank goodness there are good alternatives nearby.

Unfortunately, we weren't very satisfied. This was our second attempt to buy a bicycle at this BOC branch, and once again, the lack of helpful advice led us to decide against it. We tried out a few things on our own, as we had to wait about 45 minutes without an appointment before a sales assistant was available. We were simply unlucky. Unfortunately, our child (3 years old) then lost interest in trying anything and didn't want to be let go, which made getting advice even more difficult (children don't work on demand; they need a secure environment). After the sales assistant asked a question I had already answered, he wanted to give our son some space and look from a distance. Our child then tried out the bicycles/balance bike again. Unfortunately, the sales assistant then disappeared and was no longer available to answer our questions. We probably won't be coming back a third time. Our questions and uncertainties regarding balance bikes versus bicycles were therefore not addressed or discussed. We're still giving it two stars because the selection of accessories is very large.

I've bought one children's bike and leased two bikes through B.O.C. so far – and I'm completely satisfied! The advice was always friendly, competent, and very patient, so we found the right bikes. I'd especially like to highlight the workshop: The employees there are not only helpful but also give valuable tips for self-help, which I think is really great. Overall, a great service – you feel in good hands here.

I went there for advice on e-bike leasing. Ms. Gärtner advised me, and it was fantastic. She listened carefully to my needs, gave very honest advice, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. I found my perfect bike after the first consultation. Everything went very quickly, and everything was explained clearly when I picked it up. There was plenty of time and space for questions. A great, competent team in Celle. I would definitely go there again. :-)

The selection at the BOC bike shop in Celle is really great, and I'm sure the staff are very friendly – unfortunately, I haven't met any of them in person yet. I was told that the repair of my bike would take two to four weeks, as the defective part first had to be sent in. However, I've now been waiting for more than seven weeks and haven't received any feedback. A little more communication would be really helpful.
