We wanted to buy two e-bikes. The salesman was completely unenthusiastic and gave the impression that he had no idea what he was talking about. Whenever we had questions, he always read the descriptions first. He clearly lacked basic knowledge. I've certainly experienced much better courtesy. Unfortunately, we quickly found what we were looking for elsewhere. I'm sorry I can't give zero stars.

Excellent service. I'm currently buying my fourth bike and I'm more than thrilled. I'll be back! I got my bike back from the workshop today. They really take service seriously here. In addition to the actual work, everything was thoroughly cleaned, and I felt like I was getting a new bike. The fact that I took out insurance back then has more than paid off! Thank you very much.

They were very accommodating when selling a bicycle. However, I can't recommend their workshop service. I went there today with a squeaky bike that hadn't even been ridden 50 km. They told me to come back after my vacation. I thought that was really annoying, because the bike isn't even two months old. What a shame!

Dear Mr. Suhr,<br><br>we understand your frustration; a squeaking noise is always annoying. We always try our best to address even "minor" issues as quickly as possible. However, a headset bearing isn't something that can be quickly disassembled, greased, and reassembled; it takes us half an hour. Since you wanted it done immediately so you could leave for your vacation the next day, we unfortunately couldn't accommodate your request, as we can't perform miracles. This certainly has nothing to do with the issue being too complex, but rather, especially during peak season when everyone is working flat out, we need a little lead time for such things and can't just squeeze them in for 10 minutes. As I said, we understand; it's frustrating, but we also ask for your understanding that not everything can be done immediately, as it needs to be done properly, and we have to meet all our other deadlines as well. However, it's very unfortunate and damaging that, out of frustration, you've reduced all our good work in the workshop over the past few years to this one situation and are downgrading our overall reputation to a one-star rating. That certainly doesn't reflect reality. I would appreciate it if you would reconsider your rating, as we will continue to strive to provide you with the best possible service.<br>...

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase from this bike shop! I bought two children's bikes, and the whole experience was simply fantastic. The selection of bikes was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They gave us detailed advice and were a great help in choosing the right models for my children. Both bikes are of excellent quality, perfectly suited to my children's needs, and ride beautifully. I can highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality bikes and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will definitely shop here again!

Years ago, I received excellent advice when buying a bicycle. They really took their time for me. Years later, I needed a new derailleur hanger. My local bike shop (I no longer live in Celle) couldn't identify it, so I called Zwei-Rad-Meier to see if they could trace it using my customer number. Ms. Fuchs actually went to the trouble of contacting the bike manufacturer to get the part number, which she then gave me. Although I wanted to order it through her so the shop would benefit from the effort, she recommended I buy it directly from them, as the shipping costs would exceed the price of the part. Everything worked out, and I can ride my bike again :-) What I want to say is: Excellent service. Thank you very much!

I bought my e-bike from you years ago and I come back for every repair and inspection, even though I don't even live in Celle. Even when it's busy, everyone is always super friendly and takes their time when you check in. Today, for the first time after 26,000 km, my rear tire suddenly went flat. I showed up without calling ahead, was greeted warmly, and sent on my way with the promise of a quick repair. Thank you so much! 🙏👍 Reaching you by phone is indeed a problem. But I don't want to deduct a star for that...so a clear 5 out of 5. 👌

We've been very satisfied customers at Zwei-Rad-Meier for several years. We always receive friendly and competent advice. Since we had a lot of questions or special requests for baskets, bags, and saddles, especially with our first e-bikes (it was quite embarrassing), and we tested the salespeople's patience, I can only say...respect for their patience and the perfect solutions for our bikes. If there are any problems or inspections, we bring the bikes at the agreed time, and after a few days, we receive a WhatsApp message or a call that our bikes are ready for pickup. If we just want to take a look, there's always time for a pleasant chat and new information. We feel good about our purchases, the team, and the pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work!!!

This is by far the best bike shop in my area. Whether by phone or in person, the advice is always competent and very friendly. Thanks to their large selection of spare parts, every issue has been resolved quickly, and I've always left the shop a happy customer. The excellent parking situation on the premises makes a quick visit possible anytime. Keep up the great work, Team Meier!
