Excellent service at the workshop. I was out cycling today and noticed that my tires were a bit low on air. I happened to be passing by B.O.C. in Delmenhorst and took my bike to the workshop. The valves were clogged (unbeknownst to me, there was green tire sealant in them) and no air was getting into the tires. One colleague tried to clean the valve while another tried to inflate the other tire. They quickly replaced the faulty valves with new ones free of charge and inflated my tires properly. As I was pushing my bike towards the exit, I heard a scraping sound because there was now more air in the tires. They also tightened the mudguard and adjusted the handbrake. All this without an appointment, just a quick service. I was able to continue my ride without any problems. I've received quick and uncomplicated help there before. By the way, I bought my bike used in the Ruhr area back during the pandemic because mine was unfortunately stolen. Very nice service, even though the bike wasn't purchased there. Thanks again. I can highly recommend their service.

I will never buy a bicycle here again. For months, no one has been able to get the bike I bought working. The staff are unfriendly and send you out of the store so they don't have to talk to you. That was the last bicycle I will ever buy there.

I leased a Chike e-Kids bike through JobRad at B.O.C. in Delmenhorst and I'm absolutely thrilled with the process. The offer was fantastic, and the branch manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated from the very beginning. Despite some delays with the bike locker, he remained patient, kept me regularly updated, and did everything he could to resolve the issue. On the day I picked it up, I traveled all the way from Karlsruhe and arrived just before closing time. The team had even arranged beforehand that two of them would stay longer if I couldn't make it on time. Despite this, they still took plenty of time to explain everything to me and give me a thorough check-up of the bike. Truly exceptional service. I'm extremely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend B.O.C. Delmenhorst. Many thanks to the branch manager and the entire team!

Very good service. I went there because of a recall campaign, after making an appointment by phone. Unfortunately, the workshop was actually closed due to sickness and was only open for the recall campaign. The workshop manager, very accommodating despite the situation, asked me for patience. Unfortunately, the only remaining employee in the workshop could no longer work on the bike that day. The workshop manager apologized a thousand times and offered me an alternative appointment two days later, which I gratefully accepted. I arrived two days later at the agreed appointment time, and after half an hour everything was done, even the favor I had asked for. Conclusion: Of course, it can happen that a workshop experiences a staff shortage for reasons beyond its control; it happens everywhere🤷🏼♂️ But if it's communicated openly and the workshop then handles it smoothly, everything is fine. I find this approach professional and decent. I would be happy to come back.

Modern shop, it's great that you can take a test drive. The consultation was very thorough and professional. Short waiting time. Unfortunately, they didn't have what we were looking for. But that's a common problem in the industry. If they offer a wider selection again, we'll definitely buy there.
