I bought shoes there today and have only positive things to say: Adidas Terrex at a bargain price, I received a friendly welcome and was helped with the fitting. When I called the day before to inquire about opening hours, no one answered the phone, but I received a call back immediately. Now that's what I call service – thank you, I'll gladly come again.

I was in the store today and received excellent service from the gentleman. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Of the three swimsuits he suggested, two fit perfectly. I bought both and would definitely go there again.

I can only agree with the majority here! The older "lady" who greeted us in the store today immediately gave us an uncomfortable feeling! We felt like we were being watched the entire time. While we were trying on a jacket, the saleswoman stormed over to us and practically snatched the jacket from us, saying, "It's too tight and the zipper will break." She was incredibly cheeky. As you can read here, this seems to be common practice at Sport 2000 in Delmenhorst and is part of the business concept! I'm an athlete and trainer, but I definitely won't recommend this store!

I was just in that store because my daughter liked the scooter in the window, but like any little girl, it had to be pink. So we went in, and the man immediately asked if he could help us. I politely said we were interested in the scooter, but in a different color. He then snapped at me, asking if it didn't matter what color it was, since there were worse things elsewhere, and we were interested in something like that. I was shocked! My six-year-old daughter was terrified. I told him she was a little kid and it had nothing to do with him. Then I got the response that I should just buy the scooter for a good price in Hamburg or somewhere else. I will never set foot in that store again!

I wouldn't even give it a star because the man there was so unfriendly. I wanted a bike helmet for my daughter, and the man at the door was so arrogant and condescending that I turned around on my heels. It's a shame because we actually wanted to support the shops in the city center. Unfortunately, it didn't work out 👎

Very unfriendly staff. We were on holiday here and needed a new fin for our SUP board. We had it with us, but were simply told: "No, I don't have one, and I don't know what that is." I replied that it was a fin for a SUP board and that, as an employee in a sports shop, one should know what that was. The man was unwilling to listen and, in his opinion, nobody knew what it was. Well, what a shame. So, not recommended. A few meters further on is an Intersport; go there instead (they didn't have a fin for us either), but they were really helpful.

We wanted to shop there, but the employee was so unfriendly that we decided to cancel the purchase while we were still paying at the checkout. You want to support a local retailer instead of ordering online for less money, and then this happens. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Absolutely terrible.
