I'm very disappointed. I'd only heard good things about them, so I contacted the company with a sponsor to order and customize about 10 jerseys. Initially, everything sounded good, and they sent me a quote right away. Shortly after, the shop became unreachable. They didn't reply to emails, the phone was always unanswered, and no one responded to my voicemail request. I then went there in person, and they said it would be sent to the graphic designer, and I'd receive the design by email. Nothing ever arrived. So I tried to contact someone again—no luck! When I visited in person, a different (also nice) colleague was there, but he knew nothing about my order and couldn't find anything. They said they would look into it and get back to me. One to two weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything and couldn't reach anyone. At that point, I had to cancel the whole thing. I spent over two months chasing them for nothing! Terrible customer service! This is definitely not how you win new customers. And it's impossible for the sponsor to do this either! I will never order anything from here again.

Excellent advice, very friendly service. I always enjoy coming here. If something isn't in stock, they'll order it for me.

Ugh, today was the last time I went to that store. Five months! I waited eight times for two jackets for my children! And today was the day, after the seventh excuse, I finally said that was it and he could keep the stuff. A terrible store.

The absolute worst store! The branch manager is completely unmotivated and lethargic. He basically never answers the phone and doesn't call back if you leave a message on his answering machine. Order online instead; it's faster, cheaper, and more reliable than his "service."

This shop also operates a UPS store. This afternoon, without even greeting me, the older, shorter man rudely told me to pack a return, as he wasn't Amazon's packing service. When I asked why I hadn't been polite, he just gave a curt reply. I left empty-handed, as I don't need to put up with that. This isn't the first time I've been treated rudely by this man regarding UPS matters. Apparently, for him, friendliness only applies to purchases in his main business. In contrast, the younger, tall, blond man was always very friendly and helpful. If a steady flow of customers isn't desired, he should reconsider operating as an access point or even his staff selection!

This sporting goods store is, in my opinion, unique in all of Germany. Everything imaginable is possible here. Whether the key to the store is missing, whether goods are delivered after weeks or even months, or whether everything runs like clockwork. Let yourself be surprised, but don't call. Unless you enjoy listening to recorded messages. The service is genuinely friendly. All in all, as mentioned above, it's truly one of a kind.

I just wanted to pick up a package... While one employee was serving customers, the other calmly continued talking on the phone, and even when another customer came along, also just wanting to pick up a package, the colleague didn't let the phone call interrupt him. Finally, the person who was actually supposed to be serving customers arrived. What a rude jerk! From now on, I'll have my packages redirected elsewhere. Thanks to whoever did all the work...
