The service provided by the store manager, Jan-Patrik Otto, was outstanding. I entered the shop in Dollern with a question and left with my dream bike, configured entirely to my specifications and all my wishes. I never would have thought it possible. All my concerns were addressed, and everything was made possible. And all of this was done in such a warm and competent manner. The customer was king; we were offered good coffee, and I must say, it's very rare to find service like this these days. This bike shop in Dollern is top-notch!

A huge thank you to Mr. Otto and Mr. Sander! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I've been to many bike shops, but I've never experienced such friendly service. Mr. Otto took a lot of time for me, and the delicious coffee made the purchase even more enjoyable. After buying the bike, I went back the next day, and Mr. Otto was incredibly helpful because the saddle didn't fit me. He was so kind that he gave me a new saddle that was a much better fit. What an official BMC partner in Hamburg couldn't manage in four months, Mr. Otto and his team reliably resolved in just a few days. A huge thank you to them! Performance, quality, and friendliness – the team exceeded my expectations in every respect. After five days, I was able to pick up my bike, and everything was done perfectly. I was particularly impressed that even additional work, including a SRAM system update, which hadn't been explicitly discussed, was anticipated and carried out immediately. This foresight and high standard of quality deserve a special thank you. I've decided that in the future, I'll have my bikes serviced by Mr. Otto and his team instead of in Hamburg. I have a very good feeling about it. Highly recommended!

Extremely competent and friendly service. I was amazed at how much time the store manager, Mr. Otto, took to find the perfect e-bike for me. As an e-bike beginner, he explained everything to me in detail and with a touch of humor. Together with a new bicycle helmet, pannier, and lock, it made for a fantastic package!

I spontaneously dropped off an S-Pedelec (not purchased from AT Cycles) for a major repair. After three days, the S-Pedelec was ready. It rides like new again. The costs were also reasonable. Our two children's and my wife's bicycles, which were also not purchased from AT Cycles, were also inspected, and all known defects were repaired. Thank you very much, we highly recommend AT Cycles.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I was especially impressed by the advice they gave me on saddles, suspension seatposts, and their adjustments.
