Today we received our new Vario – a really great bike, the kids are thrilled too! A huge thank you to Mike and his wife for their fantastic support, especially with the leasing issues. Everything worked out exactly as promised in the end. I'm usually a huge Riese & Müller fan, but this bike is just as good as an R&M. Highly recommended – thank you both!

We went there for kale. To be honest, we were a bit skeptical beforehand, but wanted to give it a try. The food and the service were excellent. We were really pleasantly surprised and will definitely eat there again.

Excellent advice, I found my dream bike at a very fair price. Maik always takes the time to answer all questions. Today we also tried the restaurant and enjoyed fantastic German cuisine at great prices. The food was beautifully presented, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend it. Dollerner, please give this restaurant a chance; the chef truly deserves it. We'll be back! Jutta

I was there today with a flat tire and they fixed it immediately for a fair price, no appointment necessary. Other dealers in the area could learn a thing or two from them.

This workshop was recommended to us because we were taking a short break from a longer tour nearby and needed to do a few things on one of our bikes. While they couldn't do everything right there, as we're leaving soon, they were able to answer all our questions, and I also received some helpful tips. Thanks again for that!

Great service for everything related to bicycles. Everything is explained clearly and top-notch service at a fair price. A very relaxed atmosphere and always time for a chat. This will be my trusted bicycle dealer for both sales and service.

Unfortunately, they're not very helpful there. All they say is that you have to go back to the shop where you bought the bike. What's the point of a repair shop then? I wonder if they're not making enough money from them or if they just want customers who also buy bikes there. This isn't exactly how you attract new customers.

The best bike shop in the Stade district. Always friendly, helpful, and competent. They provide quick and uncomplicated assistance. Even if you stop with your cargo bike and can't go any further with four children, they help you and you can continue your ride. I bought my third cargo bike there and am 1000 percent satisfied; it rides great. It couldn't be better; it doesn't just deserve 5 stars, but 10. Thank you for the great service and for always being there for your customers.

It still exists, the friendly and competent "bike shop" next door. My wife was sent away from a large "bike shop" with a flat tire on her front wheel, with an appointment in three months. It should be mentioned that the bike was purchased there. It's different here: A quick call, a quick visit, and it was even repaired right away. Super friendly, too! They listen attentively, take care of their customers' needs, and even offered a drink! Where else would you find that? Spontaneous requests like a Klickfix mount were also fulfilled without hesitation. Our next bike? Only from here. Once again, a huge thank you from my wife.
