Update: After the changed opening hours, the store is almost impossible to reach. We just found ourselves sitting in front of a locked door again. We walked there with our toddler because we finally wanted to pick up our bike after more than two months. There was no recorded message on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday informing us that the store would be closed that week, so another week without a bike – it's getting really annoying. The staff's advice was incredibly patient and helpful. We've been to the store before for balance bikes, children's helmets, brake repairs, and e-bikes, and we'll definitely be back. They were friendly and helpful with us and our son. They addressed all our questions and needs. The staff here are truly experts with an incredible amount of knowledge.

I needed a new saddle because my tailbone was hurting with the old one. I was able to try out different saddles and received very patient and friendly advice. The salesperson seemed very competent. I'd gladly come back!

We, too, received a very unfriendly welcome. We didn't feel welcome. "The way the bike is already assembled, it's full of defects." He said he'd rarely seen such poor quality... And to top it off, he was unfriendly! We were told to leave; he couldn't do anything for us... unbelievable! Customer service doesn't look like that! Another dealer has now rebuilt it for us, and we're happy! Strauss will never see us again!

We went to the shop expecting proper service. The service was completely lacking. The staff were very unfriendly, arrogant, and rude. I will never go to that bike shop again. Luckily, there are other shops where you can get decent service.

I bought a spare part today. I was immediately informed that a special tool was required. Without knowing me and without me even having to ask, Mr. Strauss lent me this tool. It's very rare to find such a friendly and helpful bike shop owner. I definitely know where I'll buy my next bike.

We'd gladly buy from him again anytime! My family has purchased five bicycles from Mr. Strauss over the years (not many, but still) and have always been more than satisfied. We can also wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Strauss for repairs!

Unfriendly and rude because our bike was supposedly just junk. That's exactly why it was in for repair. But if they only want to sell new bikes, a customer with a junk bike is obviously annoying. Next time, definitely somewhere else.

Our whole family has been a customer there since he started the business. We, and a large part of our circle of friends, have bought bicycles from him and have all been very satisfied. Of course, anyone who just wants to be talked into buying something without any expert advice will be in the wrong place. You should definitely allow time for a consultation.

I'm very satisfied with the advice I received when buying a bicycle and with the service. I can't understand the bad reviews. Perhaps someone was expecting flattery and didn't get it?!

We've already bought several bikes from Mr. Strauß, and so far everything has been great. The after-sales service is also top-notch. Minor issues are dealt with quickly and easily. We'd be happy to come back :-) A small comment on one of the other reviews: Whether the online retailer actually came to the location to have their bike repaired by Mr. Strauß... I think everyone here can form their own opinion.
