I'm rather disappointed with my experience at Beining. I was assured on the phone that the price would be quoted before the repair began. Unfortunately, this promise wasn't kept, which was very frustrating. Communication is very important to me, and I would have liked the price to be discussed clearly and transparently beforehand. I hope that more emphasis will be placed on open and reliable communication in the future.

Completely satisfied. My bike is now repaired and as clean as when I bought it new. (I rode 30 km and everything's perfect.) Great workshop! I'd gladly use them again.

When my chain broke on my mountain bike tour to the Cölleturm today, I was lucky in a way. Rolf Beining's workshop was thankfully not far away. As soon as I arrived, they replaced my chain and made the wait more pleasant with a coffee. The team there is incredibly friendly and competent. And last but not least, I now know where to get my next bike service done. 😀

Excellent advice and a very friendly team. Whether it's a bicycle or a robotic lawnmower, I've been a Beining customer for years. I even went there for my first moped. Excellent service! I received a bicycle that was ultimately more expensive, but at a lower price than initially agreed upon. Mr. Beining still sold it to me at the reduced price. As an added bonus, I also received a helmet. My son even helped me load the bike onto the rack, and I was given two extra Velcro straps because the rack didn't quite fit the bike. I hope many more people will have the opportunity to experience your service. Thank you so much, I'll gladly use your services again.
