A lovely little bike shop! I asked for advice, and it wasn't easy at all, as I'm quite tall and quite heavy. I knew it would be a challenge to find a nice e-mountain bike. But Fahrrad Meinhold made it possible. I'm very satisfied. From the initial consultation to delivery, they provided great service and advice. They take as much time as you need and answer every question! I would buy my bike there again and/or bring it in for service anytime! Great shop!! 6/5 stars!

Very friendly and competent staff. Good selection of bicycles and accessories. Appointments for inspections (JobRad, etc.) or tire replacements are scheduled quickly. Drop-in tire inflation is also always no problem. My bike and I feel very well taken care of here. Many thanks to the team!

If you're looking for a new bike and value friendly, professional, and competent advice, Meinhold is the right place for you. We treated ourselves to two e-bikes and received excellent advice beforehand. We were also impressed with the service for preparing the bikes. Everything was perfect...we feel very well advised and taken care of...and we'd be happy to come back again.

For me, this is a fantastic bike shop. I've been a customer for decades and have always received excellent service. 👍 I've had three repairs within two months (I only bought the bike at the end of January), and now they've replaced it with a new one. Thank you so much for that! And now, to all you doubters, I'd like to say something (my own opinion): if I expect a good result, I speak up and don't just complain. I stand by my opinion: this is a great bike shop with friendly service when you want it.

Hey 🙂 Yesterday I dropped off my rear wheel to have the tube replaced. And just one day later, I got a call saying it was finished. I can't understand some of the reviews here!! I was treated very kindly, and the repair was done at a fair price 🥰 Aside from that, they have a great selection of different bikes and definitely competent advice!!! I'd love to come back and can definitely recommend Fahrrad Meinhold! Best regards, Heiko

I was told very rudely and condescendingly on the phone that they wouldn't repair my e-bike brakes because I don't have a Bosch motor. I'm very understanding, but they could have said something like that more politely. If I ever buy a new bike, it definitely won't be from there!

I bought a bike last week and I'm completely happy with it. They're very friendly, take their time, and listen to my needs. Now I wanted to take my old e-bike in for repairs. They don't repair this brand, though. Which is fine. I still received friendly advice on what needed to be done and an address where I could go. That's service for me.

I can only speak for the workshop: called on Wednesday, brought the bike there on Thursday, and picked it up again on Friday. You can't get better service than this! Despite there being a lot of orders, we were allowed to bring our bike there and were told to expect it to take 7-14 days. The fact that it only took 1 day is fantastic. The price was also completely reasonable. Everyone should be aware that you can't just drop by and expect to be seen straight away. The mechanic is extremely customer-oriented and calls the customer if they're missing material or have found something else, before they incur unexpected costs, to discuss things.
