Hello :) Meinhold is a top-notch bike repair shop! I had my front light repaired here. My repair was completed within a short time, and I was informed by phone. I was also given the price. The employees are all friendly. The fact that a brief wiring issue was fixed free of charge shows that he cares about his customers. Thanks again!

I just wanted to get my e-bike tires changed and have a few minor repairs done. The first thing the gentleman at the checkout asked me about the brand looked at me condescendingly and said, "I don't repair discount bikes"... without further explanation! Then he referred me to another dealer. So I'm giving it only one star!

A fantastic workshop that I can only recommend to anyone - you don't always have to go to the BIG ones in Hanover. I'm more than happy with the work and the price, and after 12,000 kilometers, my eBike runs like it did on the first day. TOP!

Our son kept getting flat tires after a few days. Before the repair shop offered to put in a new tube, they offered to test whether the valve was the problem...unfortunately, it wasn't the cause, but I thought it was a great option. We could have gotten lucky. Even a loose light cable was repaired on-site within seconds, and that was free of charge. A tip was a given, of course 😉 Great service...thank you

I took my e-bike in for inspection. Everything was very easy. Everything was explained to me clearly, even though it could take 5-6 days. The pickup was also great. They explained what was being done and what I should look out for. The staff were nice, very friendly, and not overbearing. I'll be back again.

Shortly before my vacation, I changed the chain, cassette, and adjusted the gears. The workshop was full and there was only one mechanic. It went well, though. Thanks. Good value for money.
