Top service – fast and professional! My rear wheel was badly bent, so I spontaneously stopped by the shop. The owner was incredibly friendly and took care of it right away. After a short wait, the wheel was perfectly trued again – it's running like new. The price was absolutely fair. I highly recommend them! I'll definitely be back. After 15 years, my bicycle was due for a complete overhaul – 5 stars for the expert advice, quick service, and the price met my expectations; the final result was exactly as agreed. My experience with Zweirad Basis was excellent – I highly recommend them. Top-notch!

I had my bicycle serviced there. They also replaced a flat tire. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and a great result. Very fair price. I'm very satisfied and would definitely come back.

I had my e-bike rear wheel repaired at Zweirad-Basis and I'm extremely happy with the result! I dropped off the broken rear wheel before my vacation and picked it up after my return. The repair was carried out very professionally – the rear wheel now runs like new! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Zweirad-Basis workshop. A big thank you to Mr. Schwetje and Mr. Kneifel for the excellent service!

Great! Picked up our e-bikes today. Test ride, tried everything out, fantastic. They catered to all our needs, tires, bags, computers. They really took their time. We were extremely satisfied. Small but excellent, the customer is king! 👑

We were looking for a competent bike shop with repair/inspection services nearby. We weren't disappointed. The owners are very knowledgeable and offer great tips. They're always up for a joke or a friendly remark. Our special Lil Buddy e-bikes from Ruff Cycles get their service here, including a software update and cleaning. A flat tire has even been professionally repaired. They also offer JobRad bike leasing. We feel very comfortable here and would buy or have other bikes/services done at this great shop.
