In short: A picnic bench made of larch wood. Highly recommended. Easy assembly. Everything just fits. Perfect service on the phone and from the shipping company.

We bought our picnic table here 20 years ago, and it's still going strong! The solid larch wood is practically indestructible! This quality is absolutely recommendable! Now, after all this time, Mr. Schnohr has been incredibly kind and generous in helping me replace two tabletop boards. Such friendly and generous service after 20 years is certainly not something to be taken for granted! I've just refurbished the table and am excited to see how long it will continue to beautify our garden in its new look. Many thanks again! The only downside was that Mr. Schnohr wouldn't let me bring his cuddly dog along! ;-)

I bought a picnic table here a little over a year ago. After extensive research, I chose this company and I still enjoy my large, heavy larch wood table. Delivery went smoothly, and assembly was easy. But I especially want to commend the customer service: My request for an exchange or replacement was granted without any fuss. That's very, very rare these days. I highly recommend this company.

My own picnic bench is now two years old – I unfortunately only opted for the pine model – but it's still fine. I've now bought the same bench for my parents, the larch model. Delivery was just as smooth as last time. My father screwed in the mere 20 screws in 15 minutes 👍 because it was pre-assembled (according to him 🙃). A clear recommendation for your larch wood bench! Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Picknickbank OHG. The 2-star rating for the purchased item was also removed from the website, so please only trust the reviews displayed on picknickbank.de with some reservations!

Dear Ms. Brändle,<br><br>You purchased the Basic picnic bench from me.<br><br>Unfortunately, I have not received any complaint from you.<br><br>In your review, which is publicly available and which I have commented on, you complain about, among other things, the missing assembly instructions. These are located with the screws, and we would have gladly sent them to you again as a PDF. The missing instructions obviously led to errors during assembly, even though, as you indicated, you received the assembly video (YouTube link). Assembling the Basic picnic bench is more involved than with our other benches. However, it is inexpensive.<br><br>A quick phone call would certainly have clarified the assembly issue.<br><br>Furthermore, the return period does not begin from the order date, as you stated, but from the date you receive the goods.<br><br>I am still offering you the option to return the bench. However, this requires that you communicate with me. Instead, you are leaving negative reviews in various places.<br><br>From your review profile, I see that you have also left negative feedback elsewhere (for a bicycle repair), even though you were specifically informed that the repair would be temporary.<br><br>Many people go to great lengths every day to meet their customers' needs. Thanks for the picnic bench! It was incredibly easy to assemble. The larch wood bench not only looks fantastic, but it's also super sturdy. That was a wonderful Christmas present. My wife was thrilled. Now all we need is spring! I highly recommend this shop.
