It's been a while since we were looking for a cargo bike with easy access for ourselves and our dog. We tried out several cargo bikes from different vendors... We even drove all the way up to Bremen... By chance, my husband found the Nihola cargo bike in Gehrden. We called, drove there, took it for a test ride with our dog, and it was fantastic! 👍!!!!! The easy access for our dog was great, and the dog safety system was excellent! 👍 We bought it! 😁😁😁 Mathias and his team are amazing! You feel completely at ease as a customer. 👍👍👍 I also want to mention Radland's incredibly great inspection service! ❣️❣️❣️ You call, and they pick up and deliver your cargo bike for a small fee. 😃😃 A SUPER service that we use once a year. 😊

The "Radland" in Gehrden is the ultimate place for me when it comes to my bikes. I was there recently with both my bikes. My Müsing is rolling like crazy. The owner, Mathias Schulz, promises nothing he can't keep when booking an appointment. He'll configure a suitable bike for you, whether you're young or old, over a cappuccino. The range is wide-ranging. And his team of mechanics is amazing. For me, there's nothing ELSE! Check Mathias out. 🌲

On a recommendation, I visited Radland for the first time a few months ago to buy a gravel bike – and I'm absolutely thrilled! The service was simply outstanding: they spent over an hour with me, rode around the terrain, and explained everything in a way that was incredibly easy to understand (I'm a beginner). All agreements were honored with utmost reliability, which is truly rare these days. Many other retailers could learn a thing or two from them. That's precisely why I'm happy to continue supporting local bike shops. Top service, top team!

Excellent service – competent, fast, and personal. For about a year now, we've been wanting to get around Bremen more by bike and have tested various manufacturers and models with friends. The cargo bike subsidy program was the perfect opportunity to get the Nihola Family with a burgundy canopy. We got quotes from three dealers and one online. Mathias and his team impressed us as specialist retailers with their detailed and easy-to-understand quotes. The price was fair from the start and therefore not significantly negotiable. Our special requests were noted and implemented, and we received answers within a day. Mathias's personal commitment provided us with valuable tips and went above and beyond in a difficult situation. One of his tips was to install the Pendix system on the Nihola cargo bike – the larger version was the best decision for us. Only one detail – purely aesthetic, in our opinion – is poorly designed by the manufacturer, Nihola. The package includes a three-point seatbelt – sufficient for our son and functional – but it simply looks incomplete. You can either solve it like Thule (one child in the middle, two side by side) or include two straps. In this case, mounting is only possible on one side. Mathias's many positive experiences convinced us at Radland – therefore, we will buy from them again and actively recommend Mathias. See you soon.
