Hi. I'd like to share my experience with this shop. I bought four tires via eBay Classifieds on December 23, 2022. So far, so good. The package arrived on December 30, 2022, but unfortunately only contained two tires. These were properly packed in a box, as they should be. After inquiring on the day of delivery, I received a reply on February 2, 2023, in which the blame was simply shifted to the "apprentice." I was assured that two tires would be sent. This did happen, but it took until January 11, 2023. The replacement tires were disastrously packaged (see photos) and arrived creased and carelessly stuffed into the cardboard box. The carcasses of two tires were bent and essentially unusable. I mounted them anyway, but due to the bend, the two tires now occasionally develop bulges (see photos). With less than 2 bar of tire pressure (the maximum permissible pressure according to the sidewall is 2.5 bar), they come off the rim, which can be life-threatening and lead to an accident while driving. I'm simply disappointed with how they treat goods that have already been paid for. As long as you've paid, they don't care how the package arrives. I will avoid this store in the future. Update March 19, 2023: Now, on the first ride, the second tire has also come off the rim while driving. Luckily, not at full speed, but at about 30 km/h... I shudder to think what could have happened at higher speeds. I've attached a new photo. Tire pressure was 2.0 bar. Update: Since this review keeps getting deleted by the owner, everyone can probably guess why. I simply described the truth and even included photos to illustrate the substandard service.

Friendly boss, friendly staff, excellent advice, no pressure to buy, test ride, and the bike was adjusted right away! Then I could take it with me immediately! I love my Giant Revolt 1! Thanks again to Günter and his team!!!

I visited the shop today and got my dream bike at an unbeatable price. The owner was incredibly friendly, the purchase process was fantastic, and he even offered to help me with replacing parts afterward. I give it 10 out of 5 stars 🌟 I'll definitely be buying parts there again in the future. TOP!

Very unfriendly! I got an appointment for a bicycle repair after a week, but after dropping it off, I had to wait 10 days. I called to ask if the bike was ready, but they completely ignored me. I was told that since they hadn't called me, my bike wasn't ready. I picked up the bike and took it to another workshop, where it was repaired after two days.

An unassuming shop, but it's fantastic. There's no pressure, you can try out lots of things, and you have a nice chat. We felt incredibly well taken care of and, through trying out different bikes, we "discovered" the right fit for us. Then we considered performance, appearance, and so on. The workshop looked good, and the staff were knowledgeable. I would confidently entrust my bike to them. Highly recommended.

If you're going to buy a bike, buy it here. We've already bought our third bike here, and we've always received excellent advice. They always took their time with us, and all our questions were answered thoroughly. You never feel pressured to buy; instead, you feel like you're getting good advice. Recommended by a friend, it was the first time I'd tried the workshop for an inspection. What can I say? Everything went smoothly and properly. They even finished earlier than agreed. Great service and friendly communication. I'll be back.

Unfortunately, I can't give fewer stars. Unfriendly owner, poor service, but at least they did an inspection for €40 – most other workshops charge around €90, but they do a proper job. Immediately after the inspection, I had to go to another bike shop, which spotted problems right away. The bike wasn't even ridden a single meter in between. Stay away; it's grossly negligent to let customers leave with such defects.
