I've been a customer several times for bicycle repairs. The advice I've received has always been very competent and honest. While other workshops try to rip you off and talk you out of your bike, here they offer a realistic perspective that gives even old bikes a chance. Small repairs are carried out quickly, very reasonably priced, and professionally done. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

Warning⚠️. Worst bike shop in Hanover in my opinion, why? ⤵️ I had two wheels built and trued there. 1. Unfortunately, ATB Sport simply used silver spoke nipples instead of the black ones I ordered, claiming that black nipples were hard to find in the right length. So, their definition of "all black" is quite different. 2. They also installed the sprocket and charged an extra €5 "on top" for it, even though it wasn't ordered. 3. The staff didn't call me back for three weeks. When I finally dropped by, they claimed the phone number was wrong. We checked it, and it turned out to be exactly the right one. 4. There wasn't even a record of my order, nor an invoice. I suspect they're operating on the side without issuing receipts. 5. The rear wheel warped during the test ride. Within about 4 kilometers. With just one braking maneuver. 6. There was neither a collection slip nor a delivery receipt indicating which parts were brought in. The parts have a purchase value of €479.27. 7. After I asked, "Who didn't understand this and delivered such a result?" he said he hadn't accepted the order as an excuse... I then said, "But he did," and then he said, "But he's not assembling it." So, it seems no one wants to take responsibility.

I've been there many times and always received prompt help whenever they had the time. If it wasn't possible, they let me know. The staff there are always friendly, competent, and helpful. Thank you.

Leo and his team are doing a fantastic job. Honest, competent, professional, and humorous. Even though I haven't lived in Hanover for a long time, I still buy my bikes here!

We've been coming here with our mountain bikes for many years now, and what can I say? We're absolutely thrilled. The advice is really good, and so is the workshop. Special requests like custom lighting, mudguards, or even a suspension fork for our touring bike are accommodated wherever possible. We've already sent several friends and acquaintances there, and they all came back thrilled (mostly with a new bike, too).

I received a warm and friendly welcome, and the advice I received was excellent and thorough. The salesperson took their time, and I was able to try out many different bikes. The advice I received was honest and helpful regarding the bicycle and the correct size for my child. I would gladly return.

If competence could be summed up in four letters, they would be "I N G O." Friendly, top-notch expertise in all parts and repairs, good value for money, excellent customer service, and you get a tip or two along the way. I came with a bike that wasn't quite right for me, explained what wasn't comfortable, and every improvement I wanted was met and accommodated. I've been completely satisfied from the very first second and can highly recommend this shop to every cyclist 👍

I was looking for a mountain bike shop to replace the SRAM drivetrain and crankset on my CUBE Analog bike. Making an appointment and dropping off the bike went smoothly, and the bike was ready the next day at a "SUPER TOP PRICE"! Thank you for the friendly service and excellent work! I will definitely be back!!!
