⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited B.O.C in Hannover-Laatzen today and are still deeply touched by this wonderful experience. A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Mr. V! As soon as we walked in, he greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm "Good day"—and we immediately felt welcome. Mr. V took an incredible two hours to advise us with such calm, patience, and genuine warmth. You can tell right away when someone does their job with passion and compassion. He went above and beyond for our little one, who needed a bicycle. He lovingly adjusted everything, made further modifications, and truly didn't stop until every detail was perfect. This effort, this care, and this dedication deeply impressed and moved us. Such heart, so much time, and such genuine kindness are rare these days. We left with immense gratitude, smiles, and a truly warm feeling. So much heart, so much time, and so much genuine kindness are rare indeed. Tip: Call and ask for Mr. Mull! :) After being completely ignored at a CUBE store, I somewhat tentatively entered the B.O.C. Hannover Süd branch, where I was immediately greeted with great care. From the outset, I was so transparent about my lack of knowledge in this new field that any salesperson with even a slightly less ethical sense of responsibility would have ruthlessly exploited the situation. Of course, I was aware of this, but also that I wouldn't be able to judge the situation anyway. I was wrong, because fortunately, I was handed over to a highly respectable and well-trained salesperson named Christian Mull. Mr. Mull explained just enough technical detail to allow me to make an informed decision without overwhelming me with too many details. He never tried to persuade me to buy anything – on the contrary, he often found cheaper alternatives for me where it made sense and remained pleasantly reserved and objective when the higher-priced option was worthwhile. I don't think I've ever met such a genuinely honest and knowledgeable salesperson as Mr. Mull. That's why I bought all my gravel bike equipment, including the bike itself, from B.O.C. with complete confidence. After several months, I can now say that Mr. Mull's recommendations were absolutely spot on. I now live far away from Hanover, but I would always come back to this shop.

After some harrowing experiences at other bicycle shops in Hannover, I was recommended to give B.O.C. a try — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed not only by their wide selection of bicycles but also by the welcoming atmosphere of the shop. The layout is especially well thought out: bikes are grouped by type rather than brand, making it easy to compare different options without aimlessly wandering through aisles. I found this approach both practical and eye-opening, introducing me to models I wouldn’t have otherwise considered. The prices are highly competitive, and the quality of the selection is second to none. Absolutely phenomenal! Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Unlike other stores where you have to hunt for help, the staff at B.O.C. strike the perfect balance — giving you space to browse, but being right there when you need advice. Their guidance was so helpful that just 30 minutes later, I rode out with a new bike. I rarely leave reviews these days, but I can’t recommend B.O.C. highly enough. If you’re in the market for a new bicycle or accessories, definitely give them a visit.

CHILDREN'S BIKE PURCHASE🥰 I arrived with my 4-year-old son, and we were seated right away! I thought that was a good thing, and so was my son. Our consultant was very nice and knowledgeable and always patient with my son😌 My son's dream bike was adjusted to the right size right away, so he could test ride it right away! They checked to see if he could sit comfortably on it, and everything else was done perfectly! We also needed a helmet, and my son and our consultant patiently tried out several models until everything fit. They also took my price range into account! All in all, this wasn't our first time shopping here, and it won't be the last time we shop here👍🫶 Thank you for that! My son is very happy🙂
