THE BEST! 🙌🏻 Went to lease a bike, made an appointment and rest everything was a breeze! 💨 Shoutout to Fredrik for being me with for 3 hours (!!!), for answering all my questions, for clarifying my doubts and attending to me as if he had all the time in the world for this one customer - great service, the process was smooth and fast, got the bike the same day itself and super glad! Absolutely disappointed about service quality and worker's behaviour in this shop, my byicle made crackling noise when pushing on pedals, in shop they claimed after short byicle inspection that problem is caused by faulty back cassette and worn chain, I told them to put new brand new cassette and put new chain aswell, they promised certain date when replacing and fixing work is done and I could collect byicle, alltough I did not got any information from them and service member did not even apologize about it aswell problem still of crackling noise exists and its clearly coming from pedals area not from cassette or chain ,so they just sold new cassete and chain instead fixing actual problem. Only thing I like about shop that you can test byicle on inside shop plus there are wide selection of spare parts.

they didn't serve me because I didn't buy my e-bike from their store!!

Awesome experience.. I went to buy a support wheel for my kid's cycle.. They have explained it very well and given advice on the helmet and pads required details...

Had to wait around 45 minutes till one of the staff was able to assist me (hence the 4 star), but once I was able to get assistance the customer service provided was astounding! The best thing about this store is that there is an indoor bicycle circuit where you can freely test 90% of the bikes on the shop floor. Just walk in, find a bicycle you like, pull it off the rack, and take it for a spin on the small circuit. Daniel, the Scottish/German guy, was very very helpful with giving his opinion on the bicycles, locks, helmets, mud guards, and lights that I was interested in, explaining the pros and cons of each in depth. I ended up settling for a Ghost hybrid bike after test riding and comparing to other bikes of the same type. Can highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good range of bicycles and a great customer service experience. B.O.C has everything from kids bikes to single speed fixies to E-Bikes.

Recently bought a new child's bike here and we're quite pleased with the service. I would say that it has improved in recent years.
