Highly recommended! I received quick help there after my bike chain broke. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are quite reasonable. I'll definitely be back.

In my 30 years of cycling, I've never encountered such a competent partner, one that handles everything from start to finish with such professionalism, expertise, and a solution-oriented approach as Bikers Base Hannover. I bought my Koga E Worldtraveller there in July 2022, and the entire sales and consultation process, as well as the after-sales service and maintenance, were absolutely top-notch. Additionally, a year and a half later, I had my beautiful Koga converted to a Rohloff E14 hub gear. David had assured me during the sale that this would be possible later on (opening the frame, integration into the Bosch system with Kiox display). In short: After so many clarifications, difficulties with Koga, a complex conversion within the Bosch system, etc., David W. and his team actually managed to complete the conversion. The entire process was always solution-oriented and focused on the customer's needs. Sure, it took some time, but this conversion was a first for Koga. In the end, despite unforeseen obstacles, they did everything they could to make it work for me, even with additional effort and costs that weren't included in the offer and which they covered themselves. I'm truly impressed with Bikers Base; if I could give it six stars, I would. This is an honest opinion from me as a paying customer, which is important to mention again!

By far the best biker shop in Hannover. The staff is super nice, they take their time to explain everything and the quality of their work and prices are excellent. I can only highly recommend!!! :)
