Today, I'm submitting my review. I picked up my new e-bike on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. 😁 I received excellent advice from the salesman, Rodolfo (Rudi). 👍 He went out of his way to help with everything, took plenty of time for me, and even arranged e-bike insurance for me. Thank you so much! I would definitely buy my bike from Cube again. I bought my first e-bike there in 2022 and was just as happy with it. Unfortunately, it was stolen before Christmas 2025. Now I have a new one and I'm very happy with it. All in all, the advice was great, they took their time, you could ask anything, and you always got detailed information. I'll gladly come back there for inspections, etc. You feel well taken care of! 👍👍

I consulted with Felix about an e-MTB and I'm absolutely thrilled. Felix was incredibly motivated, took his time, and answered every single question. It was immediately clear that he's truly passionate about bikes – completely genuine and with infectious enthusiasm. The consultation was top-notch: every detail about the suspension, gears, and components was explained clearly, leaving nothing unanswered. This is exactly the kind of advice you go to a specialist shop for – and unfortunately, it's rare to find employees like him these days. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Super fast appointment, quick and thorough consultation. Ready for pickup after 2 days. Communication regarding the parts exchange was also quick. It drives better than before. Additional work like removing the 8mm disc was done at no extra charge. Excellent. I'm very satisfied. Praise and love to the service team! ♡ Would gladly use them again.

I went to the CUBE Store Hannover South yesterday to pick up my new e-bike, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The reservation process was incredibly easy, and I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The service wasn't just top-notch, but also genuinely warm and welcoming. The team took their time, listened attentively, and really made me feel valued – something you don't find everywhere these days. During the orientation, everything was explained to me thoroughly, and I received lots of practical tips that will make getting started with my new bike so much easier. You can really feel the passion, experience, and warmth that goes into everything they do. I left the store with a great feeling – and even more excited for my first rides! I received expert and friendly advice. At first, I found it difficult to choose a bicycle, but the employee took plenty of time and remained patient. After I made my choice, the bike was ordered and ready for pickup on time, perfectly assembled and adjusted after I had been measured. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere :)

I do not recommend this company Cube. I read that the company CUBE has changed recently and I have to write a bad review here. I was trying to resolve a broken bike claim. which broke due to poor welding. they also know about it and filed a complaint about it. I tried to contact management and they referred me to the dealer who sold me the bike. unfortunately, he no longer cooperates with this company (I'm not surprised) so it is not solved from my situation their bikes are just a waste of money. no one wants to solve it, no one will answer me
