I brought my bike here for repairs and I'm completely satisfied. He's incredibly friendly and helpful – even with my beloved old clunker that I entrusted to him. The prices are completely transparent, and we discussed beforehand what needed to be done and what didn't. He's now my go-to bike repair shop, and I've recommended him to all my friends so far.

What can I say... problem described - problem solved! The bike shop where I was previously a customer told me there was nothing more they could do, only this and that. The end result (if I had gone along with it) would have been about €700 less in my wallet. I googled for a new repair shop and found one right around the corner from me, which I unfortunately hadn't known about before. The owner (who was incredibly nice, by the way) said no problem, I could pick up my bike in two days, which I did, of course. Everything is working as it should again, and all for... wait for it... €25! 😳 A little tip - if anyone knows "e-motion"... steer clear of them and come straight here! With that, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎄🥳

Fantastic! I ordered an e-bike online. It broke down quickly, and nobody wanted to repair it. Then I found el Fahrradiso through Wunderfix. I had a very pleasant phone call, dropped off the bike on Saturday, and it was working perfectly on Monday. Thank you so much, and if I need anything done again, I'll come straight to you.

Finally, someone who actually takes the time to listen! For weeks I'd been searching for the cause of an extremely annoying squeaking noise from my e-bike. No one could help. Since yesterday, problem identified and solved. Free of charge! I immediately recommended them to two neighbors. A real stroke of luck for Hanover's Südstadt district. Very, very friendly owner. I participated in a bicycle inspection course. It was a fantastic experience. The participants were shown on their own bikes how to do even seemingly complicated things themselves. Adjusting gears and brakes has lost a lot of its intimidating aspect for me now. If it ever becomes too much for me, I won't hesitate for a moment to bring my bike here for repairs. Thank you very much.

I had my annual maintenance done and I'm absolutely thrilled! Here you can still find genuine craftsmanship – the price-performance ratio is excellent, the process was straightforward and quick, and the owner is very friendly! I highly recommend them.

A real boon for the neighborhood! Great service; the owner is open, friendly, and solution-oriented. I felt I received excellent advice and was NOT (as I've experienced at other bike inspections) pressured into expensive repairs due to my lack of knowledge. Highly recommended.

I had a flat tire and ended up at Fahrradiso by chance Great! Very friendly service and they helped my bike immediately, as only one valve was loose. They pumped up both tires and I was able to continue cycling right away. Friendly, quick and uncomplicated help. Highly recommended.

I took our almost 10-year-old Christiania cargo bike there for a quick service and a few minor repairs. Everything was done extremely well, the communication was extremely open and friendly, it was quick, and the service was also really affordable. This shop is great; I'll be taking all our bikes there from now on.
