I can understand why the owner might come across as unfriendly. But you could also just say he's a real character, an original, an old-school guy. 😉 For me, the work done here is what matters, and it's excellent. After an inspection, the bike runs like new again. I've been a customer for years now, bringing bikes for the whole family, and I'm extremely satisfied.

Same as with the others who gave one star. Rude. And I suspect it's also because I was hired as a foreigner. "You don't speak German," was the reply I received when I asked them to repeat the sentence.

The bike repair shop is simply fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is truly first-class, and everything was done incredibly quickly. I was particularly impressed by the expertise of the two employees, who are real experts in their field. Highly recommended!

I don't understand the negative reviews. The young man at the checkout was very nice and was able to tell me right away what I did wrong when changing the hose. I'm satisfied 👍

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. The contact was very friendly, both on the phone and in person. When I dropped off my bike, I was given an approximate price (it ended up being more expensive, but quite a bit more work needed to be done – just like with cars), I was able to pay by debit card, and of course, I received a detailed invoice. My bike is now running like a dream again. I am completely satisfied and would bring my bike here for repairs/inspections anytime.

The rudest person I have ever met. The shop is run by two people. The younger man is very nice and helpful, but the older one is extremely rude. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

If there was a zero star, I would give it. The gentleman manning the store is extremely rude and impatient. He does not allow one to verify whether the bicycle part marches with the bicycle model. He threatened that once a part that I just bought could not be returned, because according to him,as soon as I opened the clearly unsealed box, he can't take it back. What is worse, is that he brazenly called me a difficult customer once I called him out to start bullying me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this shop. I have receipt verification for this.

I went on Saturday within the opening time but he didn't let me enter the store and told me that this is day-off. Although there was a customer before in the shop! So Impolite.

I went there just to pump gas in the cycle tyre but he told me that he was busy till january .isn't thatsoo mean really disappointed sir
