Changing a rear tire tube once for a technically inept lady... €48....!!! I don't think I need to say more... Outrageous price! Two stars only because the repair worked. Disgusting.... High-end price in the city and unacceptable...

It’s no surprise these guys have a 4.9 rating—they truly deserve it! I went in today thinking I needed to replace my tires, but they were honest and told me it wasn’t necessary. Since my bike is a bit older, all it needed was some air—they pumped the tires for me, and that was it. On top of that, they adjusted my brakes and even replaced my kickstand, only charging me for the part, not the service! Incredible. They genuinely care about their customers and don’t try to upsell or take advantage. Just honest, thoughtful service. Highly recommended—10/10!

Fahrradkontor's workshop does a great job. I'm very satisfied there. It's my go-to workshop. The team is helpful, very friendly, and they have time for me. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

I was very satisfied with the workshop. I had a flat tire on my rear wheel, and I was able to pick up my repaired bike the very next day. Thank you for the fast and very friendly service.

My rear wheel had a slight "eight" shape after a minor collision. I made an appointment at this workshop based on the consistently positive online reviews. I was able to pick it up the next day. Now everything on the bike is back to normal. They also checked the brakes again. All this for a reasonable price. The advice and overall service were excellent, and the staff were really friendly. If I ever have another problem with my bike, Fahrradkontor will definitely be my first choice.

I was attending a training course in Hanover and had a bike with me, but I got a flat tire on a day trip. I only noticed it in the evening and went there without an appointment. It was no problem after all; it took about 20 minutes to get a new tube in. Then I was also informed that the steering wheel was too loose, and I adjusted it right away. I just bought a new saddle right away; my old one was past its best anyway. So, I absolutely recommend it without reservation 😊👌

Sudden loss of pressure in the rear tire, no flat, just enough air to get to the workshop. Immediate help: the valve needed tightening, air added, and I was on my way again in less than three minutes. Perfect! Yesterday (Sunday!): a defective bottom bracket (the bike is eight months old, these things happen), I left the bike in front of the shop, put the keys and a note in the mailbox, and on Monday at 9:30 a.m. I got a call saying it would be repaired the same day. By 11:00 a.m. I already received a text message: the bike was ready for pickup, no charge (due to warranty). Fantastic! Superb service! They really take care of their customers. Thank you so much!

I went there today because I had a problem with my chain. They looked at my bike right away and advised me not to have them repair it, as the repair would be relatively expensive. Then the employee (I think his name is Stefan) said he'd give me some tools so I could do it myself. He told me what to do and initially just gave me tips. Since I'm a real pro when it comes to DIY, I obviously couldn't do much on my own, which is why he helped me so much that he ended up doing almost all the work himself. I wanted to give him some money as a thank you, but unfortunately, I didn't have any cash with me. All I can say is that the employee was very friendly and helpful, and I was very pleased with his honest advice.
