I took my Rose Backroad E Gravel to Hackerott Bike for a check-up. It had apparently just frozen up. They installed a software update and I was able to pick up the bike again. Excellent service and communication, and all without any charge. I'll definitely be back.

Always five stars, is that even possible? Yesterday I also ended up at the Hackerott Bike Store. On the one hand, I was interested in the Moustache e-bikes, and on the other hand, I knew Benny from the bike shop where he did his apprenticeship. -- And I wasn't disappointed! Still super friendly in a natural way, a great listener and advisor, plus the size of the shop suits my preferences: carefully selected, high-quality e-bikes instead of mass-produced ones... This alone wouldn't necessarily be enough for five stars (too much personal stuff), but now for my highlight: When I mentioned during our conversation that I had recently fallen on wet leaves with my Riese & Müller bike and that the derailleur might be slightly bent, the following happened: Benny was on top form -- took a customer's bike out of the repair stand, put mine in, checked the derailleur with a truing gauge, and adjusted it correctly. He discovered that one piston in the Magura rear brake was braking unevenly, corrected it, and explained how I could fix it myself (!). And last but not least, he cleaned and oiled the fork stanchions and gave me tips for proper maintenance. (I don't think that would be possible in the spring.) -- Thanks, Benny! Now it's actually earned the ***** stars! If I still don't get a new bike despite the 45,000 kilometers I've already put on my R+M bike, one thing is certain: I'll only have my inspections done at HACKEROTT BIKE STORE from now on.

We bought two Avona Callis and are absolutely thrilled – both with the bikes and the service! From the very first moment, we felt very well looked after. Axel Müller's advice was competent, friendly, and tailored to our individual needs. All of our questions were answered, and Axel really took his time with us. My Rose bike has been in the workshop for a few weeks for a cost estimate and the remaining repairs following a traffic accident I was involved in. Benjamin is making every effort to clarify everything with the insurance company, as there were some confusions there, and he's invested a lot of time in my concerns and the resulting phone calls, including with my leasing company regarding costs and so on. I highly recommend Hackerott and especially Benjamin; you rarely get so much effort and help these days. Even though my bike is still in your workshop, I would like to thank you again for everything, so far and beyond!

I rode my bike to the Hackerott Bike Store in Hanover, ostensibly to drop it off the next day. The mechanic immediately listened to my problems, clamped the bike in the machine, and fixed everything right away. He also gave me some valuable tips for the future. A truly worry-free service: competent, fast, and incredibly friendly! Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back.

By far the best bike repair shop in Hanover! I've been there once for a service and once for a repair. Services are always carried out professionally, the consultations are always competent, and you feel like you and your bike are in very good hands. Once I went for a repair, the rear wheel needed to be trued after a fall. It's now running perfectly straight again. And now the best part: I use chain wax, and when my chain needed replacing due to wear, Hackerott fitted me with a freshly waxed chain. Perfect service! Thank you for the great work, and keep it up!

I bought my gravel bike there about two months ago. The service and advice are second to none. The salesperson even took the time on a Saturday, shortly before closing time, to show me the models with my desired specifications. I was able to test ride every bike. In the end, I chose a bike that wasn't in stock. This bike was ordered, and I was able to pick it up just five business days later. During the consultation, they also discussed bike maintenance and cleaning, and you could tell how much passion the staff puts into their work. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hackerott Bike Store and am already doing so among my cycling friends. This certainly won't be the last bike I buy there.

Fabulous experience and would highly recommend visiting this store for bike repairs, service and sales. We were cycling the park and got a puncture. Managed to get to Paul @ Hackerott. He efficiently solved the issue and we were back on our bikes within 20 mins. Great service all round.
