We've now ordered three pairs of Bauer street hockey inline skates from here. Delivery took less than 24 hours. We ordered at 2 PM, received a GLS notification at 5 PM, and they arrived the next morning at 11 AM. No express shipping. Just standard delivery. Fantastic! Number one for us! Thank you so much!

I'm a complete beginner in my mid-50s (it feels like I last went on the ice 100 years ago...) and had done some research beforehand, both on the website and by phone with customer service, who suggested that a personal visit before buying skates would be best. The very friendly guy on the phone said, among other things, that for inexperienced skaters, it doesn't necessarily have to be the most expensive skates – beginners often find the cheaper ones more comfortable... I thought that was a very good tip, as many stores only want to sell the most expensive ones. The opening hours are unfortunately not ideal, so I ordered two pairs "on the spur of the moment"... and one fits perfectly, which makes me so happy 🤗 All in all, it worked out great – very friendly customer service, super-fast shipping, and a huge selection online with many discounted skates (I'll be making a fool of myself on the ice in front of my friend anyway – but at least then I'll have decent skates 🤣)! But I also hope to be able to visit them in person soon – perhaps for my head, teeth, elbow, and knee protection... 😅😜)

I ordered restposten shoulder protection and protective pants and submitted my order shortly before midday on Monday and it was delivered Tuesday shortly after midday. Approximately 24 hours from online order to arrival at my doorstep is unprecedented!!! And amazing!! Unfortunately, there was a problem with the sizing that I ordered. These things happen when you order online. I contacted the store and spoke to Torsten who was wonderfully friendly and helpful!!! Problem sorted and I'll get my replacement gear before the end of the week. Bargain prices and amazing customer service!! An unbeatable combo in my books!
