The employees drcided to close the store earlier today. Way before the 8PM. They don't want to give money to the store owner.

Very unfriendly, arrogant employees in the Hannover/Georgstr. store. They talk among themselves in small groups, gossip about other customers, and type on their phones. A no-go! They don't answer questions or answer them inadequately, and they refuse to exchange items despite having a receipt (not a discounted item, purchased two days ago). There was no response to our request for the store manager. We were, of course, polite and also a bit surprised by the behavior of the employees there. One employee stood out to us as very friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. Perhaps it was just a coincidence that only ONE was there? JD Sports: Please ensure that this store has qualified and friendly staff. We will not shop there again.

A complete rip-off. Not recommended at all. They sell defective shoes that you only discover at home. When you try to return them, they only want to give you a voucher instead of a cash refund. Conclusion: Never again JD. Their online shop is useless too.

This shop in the Ernst Agust Gallery is lovely. I received excellent advice and couldn't decide. But I didn't just buy a pair of shoes. The staff is very friendly, even if it takes a little longer. If you have any questions, they are 100% there for the customer. No matter how many shoes you want to try on, they remain friendly. Keep up the good work! That's why it gets 5 stars.

Excellent advice! I found Nike Air Force 1s in the King design for my daughter and made her very happy. A great tip from the salesperson: they light up when photographed... 👍🤪 Thanks again to the friendly and patient salesperson! 👍

The staff seem to be just there, not interested in making a sale. I bought a pair of Puma shoes and asked the salesperson if he could please bring me the second pair. The salesperson then told me I should try on the first pair. Only after I pointed it out three times did he finally get the shoes from the stockroom. That's not how service should be.

JD is a bit small. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. Still a good selection.

Super unfriendly staff! I was there today to look at some sneakers and was very keen to comply with the current COVID-19 restrictions. So I waited until the barriers were removed and the store was empty except for three employees. So I stepped into the entrance area and politely asked if I could enter the store. Afterward, I entered the store (since the store was empty, after all)!!! I was then greeted very loudly and rudely from the side ("You're already in, right!"). I replied that I could just walk out, whereupon the unfriendly employee started talking about me with another colleague, in a way that I could hear right away! I'm 43 years old and the employee was maybe in his mid-twenties. Unfortunately, he was already overdoing it, and of course, I immediately lost the desire to buy anything! That was already my second negative visit! In May, I wanted to exchange a pair of Nike Air Max 90s because they had a material defect. Even though I had only bought them in January and had the receipt with me, I was very rudely sent away, with the explanation that it was my fault!! I then went to the shoemaker, who clearly confirmed a material defect! It was obvious, too, since the problem occurred in both shoes (the foam in the sole had burst and there were holes in them). It's a real shame, but you definitely won't be seeing me again!

Really unfriendly employees, unbelievable! I asked if there might be new models at some point because I didn't like any of them, or if I already had the plain ones (the ones I was looking for, without the thick sole). They answered me really cheekily, asking if the product range was going to be changed because of me? And I didn't know what I wanted, even though I said plain and not such a thick sole. Absolutely no desire to work, really awful. Luckily, a large JD is opening soon at Kröpcke. I hope these two employees stay at the August Galerie.
