Crowded, changing rooms are poorly managed and staff undertrained. They stick to retail price even when goods have been clearly damaged or are missing parts. In our case, the pants we were thinking of purchasing were missing a string used to tie them around the waist, while all other sizes had them. They first claimed it's a different model, then doubled down and admitted the string was supposed to be there, but sent us away, quite rudely, sticking to the full price.

What got me the most is the way the employees behave - everybody is very friendly, the service is quick and efficient, in one word everything is great! The prices are reasonable and affordable - all the more reason to come back again! Totally recommending it.
