Here's a suggested friendly, factual, and helpful review of your experience: I had a flat tire on Thursday and wanted to buy a new inner tube from the vending machine outside of business hours. Unfortunately, my money was taken without a tube being dispensed. After the weekend, I went to the store during business hours and explained the situation. Without any fuss, I immediately received a free replacement inner tube. Excellent service and very accommodating – thank you!

Very disappointed with this store. They sell defective bicycle tubes – one had holes right out of the box, and another exploded while inflating! This kind of quality is absolutely unacceptable. Please check the goods before purchasing. Not recommended.

Top shop! The service is first-class; I've never received such extensive and detailed advice! They address all concerns, and they share practical tips. You don't feel like you're being talked into buying a bike or being sold unnecessary extras. The bike is configured and then ordered in close consultation with the salesperson, who is very friendly and courteous. The purchase process went smoothly, and someone is always available to help with any technical issues! The selection of helmets, cycling clothing, and accessories is also top-notch. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, competent, and takes plenty of time for each customer – you truly feel like royalty here. I treated myself to the Ortlieb bikepacking bags, which not only look great but are also absolutely convincing in terms of quality. I was particularly impressed with the on-site service: I was able to mount the bags on my bike right there in the store, with the support of the staff. Very strange shop&staff. I came in to buy a helmet, but the display with them was blocked with a row of bikes, so I didn't see anything from that distance. I tried to come closer, but was stopped by a seller, who promised to take care of me in a minute. I was waiting for about 3-5 minutes, but nobody returned. In the end, I went to another shop and bought everything I needed... Well, good luck with future sales! Reply to the owner's comment: I didn't ask for advice, I was just trying to look at assortment and prices to select a helmet. But: I wasn't allowed to look at the display closer. It is not a matter of time, but a matter of attitude. If your shop wares are restricted for observation then don't be upset with the ratings.

Hello, it's a shame that a 5-minute wait resulted in a bad review! The store was full and all employees were busy with customers. As always, we didn't ignore the customers but simply asked them to wait a moment. Everyone is welcome, and every customer has the right to good service in a specialist shop. Why not just leave if it takes too long... but a bad review for that isn't very nice.
